Hi guys=)
I'm in valium withdrawal which was made worse by my going on and off the drug over a period of a few weeks, inducing the kindling effect. I used to smoke weed all the time but if I smoke the tiniest ammount now, I feel like I am approaching a seizure (something I have never experienced.)
I happen to have some Opium. I've read that opiates can lead to decreased GABA availability, something that, as my receptor's current ability to attract GABA is reduced by the withdrawal, I imagine might lead to increased withdrawal symptoms, in the worst case, a seizure.
I dont have much understanding of opiates, this piece of opium will probably be my first and last experience. Is the opiate likely to 'rev up' my withdrawal symptoms, or is the mode of action very different?
thanks in advance
