Man, bloody amazing effort on your grades!! :D Well done!! I know you worked hard for it.. Does this mean your going to your school of choice now?

My hairs all gone! haha, it's very different. Someone called it the "posh spice" or "katie holmes" i can't remember but it's similar to that and dark red/brown. Haircuts are hard to get i think because you either love it or hate it, i'm always nervous before a chop. Post a pic when you get yours cut! Il send you one once i have one to see what you think.

I took a picture on j's phone the other night to show you but i swear it's quiet difficult to take photo's where i don't look spaz! He said don't be sceeerred. He didn't really..... But how awesome would it have been if he did ;) I'l send you one tonight chicka!
 
I had a few days of annual leave left over from my last job that I swear I used up. Today they paid me almost a week's salary for it. :D

I got the flu shot in the fall so I should still be covered. I work in a giant disease vector so anytime I'm run down it's really easy to pick up some weird infection. My boss was sick this past weekend too and prescribed himself antibiotics. But it's that time of the year.

Thanks! The grades are another piece of the puzzle, it's like advancing from Baltic Avenue to St. Charles place, it's another step closer to GO but there are still many rolls of the dice left. But if all goes according to plan I should be able to get in when I apply in a year.

I think I might grow it out a bit, it's been a few years since I had longer hair and I'm kind of getting attached to it, in spots its upwards of 6 inches long. But the back of my head needs some trimming, it's almost some serious mullet action (been 8 months since the last cut). I'll probabvly grow it a couple more inches and tuck it behind my ears, but the front is totally fried but it doesn't look too bad. I guess I'm concerned that if I cut it I'll regret it since it'll take 8 months to grow it back out. Though I have a hard time keeping my fingers out of it. But I have to be careful that I still look presentable considering my environment and the amount of networking that goes on. But I definitely don't fit the stereotype of someone doing what I'm doing.
 
^^ I'm going to go against the wind this year and will NOT get the flu shot

Every year i've had one and just after my shot i'd get the nastiest cold that would linger for months.. so far, so good.


My smile for the day was i changed dentists and he was so nice and gentle i didn't cry once.. AND he came out to be $40 cheaper.. WOO!

My smile today? Two shiny aeroplane tickets to the moon and back. Well, as good as. I've never been to Brisbane before. :D
 
i kinda got to know a couple of new ladies out at the farm i keep my horse at - and theyre really nice
more new ppl on my list of possible new mates since all the 'old ones' rnt exactly appropriate anymore
ive also just had a surprise visit from my ex last night and it turns out hes off the P as well so were looking into a new possible relationship - hes such a sweetie, esp now hes not fried all the time
we went out to a cafe today after i went riding then back to his flat
then i spent some time with my mate skinny-dipping in her rich dads giant spa pool
so ive actually had a whole day of not feeling lonely, which frankly ive felt most days since i stopped doing drugs.....it gives me some hope
its the reason im on BL at 10.30pm instead of 12am anyway :\
 
Another NIN album? Crikey! I suppose year zero (?is that the name?) was released about 18 months ago... :)

I still remember the days when it was one every five years, I'm getting NIN tickets this Friday when they come on sale.
 
i dunno - sunny day, got to sleep in cos the chiropractor and farrier cancelled till tomorrow
some days its good to take the day off 'horsing around'
 
Having wine and pasta in my new house, on my new dining table last night with my friend and her boyfriend.

And getting an amazing print on canvas that is about 6ft x 4 ft of the eiffel tower to put on my wall as you walk into the house.
reminds me why i work so hard (so i can go back there one day!!)
 
Ooh, I'm about to put some of those in bubba's cot. It made me want some for myself, they are so warm and snuggly :)

My smile today? Scarlett had her first shower, with Dad. She loved it. I got pics, will post up soon. No doodles, promise.
