Why is gay sex so filthy and raunchy?

Yes, much more so. Of course there's exceptions but as a general rule... I'm pretty certain it's mostly about the profoundly greater ease and convenience of the male orgasm. Think about when the dirtiest thoughts go through your head: right before orgasm. She determined the female orgasm is merely a byproduct of the male orgasm, as both sexes share the same genital nerve tissue in the fetal stage.

"It is perfectly normal not to have orgasms and there were lots of women in evolutionary time who had no orgasms and it had no impact on their fertility," said Lloyd.

Current studies bear this out, according to the researchers: 98 percent of men say they "always" reach orgasm during sex, while women are "evenly distributed" between "always and never."

"It's clear the male orgasm is strongly selected and it makes sense," said Wallen. "If they don't reach orgasm, they don't leave offspring." ...

In analysis of the Bonaparte data, the researchers first had to reframe the question. Instead of asking, "Do you have orgasm during intercourse?" they created a "more explicit survey" asking if manual or oral stimulation had been involved.

After analyzing data from 100 female volunteers, ranging from 18 to 60, they found about 11 percent said they always have orgasm during intercourse and the same number said they never climaxed.

Even though there's no differences in reported sexual satisfaction between genders men cum more and spend more time cumming in general because it's easier and more convenient for them than women. They spend more time in that peak kink time zone right before orgasm and that shapes their thoughts and preferences. Also, more often their nastiest thoughts are behaviorally reinforced because they cum more as they have them. Again, there's no shortage of anecdotes regarding exceptions but the numbers point toward this general trend.

So yeah, men are more horny and sexually extreme. Two men going at it are going to be more permissive of sick stuff because they can be more comfortable in the belief that their male partner is as twisted as them, so in general they'll ask to do and do freakier shit than in either heterosexual or lesbian relationships. Men are more comfortable just using each others bodies to get off, so they have more opportunities to explore more things and become bored with more conventional sex. Hell, their standard is anal. They begin past a point many heteros consider transgressive. I sometimes wish I was gay because it seems like they have much more sexual fun.

I think it's because they are comfortable with themselves. SO their sexual inhibitions are less prevalent. IF you're happy with who you are and what you are into, then what's stopping you? It should be healthy too, unless you're only comfortable with being homo, and not interested in long life.
