Why did you choose your Bluelight user name?

It's so dirty that I can't bring myself to put it in print, on the Net, for the whole world to read 8). It might not even be what I think, let's atm23 explain his BL board name

I don't know... but it's how it is, a football team gave Rocco Siffredi, the Italian pornstar specialized in anal sex, a team t-shirt with the number 23 on the back, cheeky rascals, hahah
 
My username is for obvious reasons....

i do wish in retrospect however that I'd chosen something different, didn't particularly want to identify myself as ageing, even though we all obviously are...

Had to pick a username in a hurry as couldn't wait to join once I'd seen the site and was stoned and feeling old!
 
Chose it at random, saw the word Kronos one day & liked how it sounded but it was already taken hence the colourful. Its proper grown on me :D even more when i was bored enough to google it one day

Kronos can refer to:

Cronus, a Titan, the father of Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hestia, Demeter, Hera, and Chiron.

I must say I've never come across this particular meaning anywhere else. Don't believe I'm likely to do so either to be honest, but you never know...

I'm flattered I even get a mention:) I've been using that name for 10 years, I keep thinking about changing it but can't decide what to.

I'm no going to explain it all, I though it was vaguely clever at the time..but that was 10 years ago. 23 is a special number, Bill told me so and he was smiling at the time:D
 
it was one of a multitude of old handles used by a group of misanthropic hackers, html-terrorists and proto-trolls i was a part between 1999-2003. our group was originally active on certain manga forums but specifically based around invitation-only EZ boards in which we discussed and initiated such nefarious crap as mass board attacks, hostile takeovers, garnering/pooling various admin-positions and postal drug-receipt/forwarding (which was pretty successful until an inevitable proclivity towards greed ended up fucking things up)


screenname and i.p bans were sidestepped with proxy servers and an almost endless supply of communal accounts that would be meaningless and generic by necessity but as a means to recognise eachother anonymously around the places we frequented - a set of names was agreed upon and used, these included;


jacks smirking revenge

agent_orange

mr_foresight

MADali

hayatul_mujahidah

h4x02 (yes, back when you could talk leet incognito)





oh and of course, blind_helper_monkey :D
