Opioids Why can't I reach desired effect??

Well since i original posted this thread, I've swallowed an oxy 30 (heavy eyelids for less than 5 mins, then back to my normal self) and IVd 20mg Dilaudid (10 seconds of fuzzy feeling and right back to normal) so are those opiates for pussies too? I think I just have an odd body chemistry.

the opiate high consist of a very subtle euphoria and mild body high. Its not for everybody. Sometimes you have to laydown with your eyes closed and kinda "think about the high" to really feel it. But when you do feel it theres nothing like it.

you IV'ed 20 mg of dilaudid !? thats equivalent to 266.67 mg of oral oxy or 400mg oral morphine.

Dilaudid isnt known for its high its pretty much just a 15 second rush then an hour or so of a very mild opiate buzz.

I use opiates on the weekends and I wont feel 30mg oxy what so ever. I need more like 90mg of a good high.

If I were you I would count my blessings and move on. Opiates are great untill your a homeless street bum with no friends/family/possessions.

Most opioids are best taken orally as directed as they have been specifically formulated for best results, as is the case with hydrocodone and oxycodone.

Some people just need more. I disagree with your posts, I don't think most people are chill with 10mg hydrocodone. Maybe a first timer but not someone who uses them with any regularity. Everyone's body is different, that's all this is.

It sounds like you're really trying to force effects out of a dose that you're just not going to get. Opiates might not be the drug for you, they're like a glass slipper, it either fits or it doesn't.
