Seems like packers are the favorites in this SB. I think I'm going to put my money on the Steelers. I don't know enough about football to make a prediction on the game but I like it when the odds are against me. Plus my cousin is a diehard cheesehead, I love choosing the opposing team when watching the game with him. It makes it more fun to bust his balls if his team loses.

Why not have the poll like so...
1. Want packers to win and think they will win.
2. Want packers to win but think they will lose.
3. Want bears to win and think they will win.
4. Want bears to win but think they will lose.
This will give you complete information on both which team people are cheering for and which team they actually think will win. Also more importantly to your actual poll question it will help remove biased decisions skewed by favourite teams. Though some fans may be so delusion they think their team will win even if the odds are against them. For example Dallas thinking they might make it to the superbowl in their own city this year...idiots.

^ interesting proposition, but this thread is simply about who you think will win the Super Bowl. I think the people here care more about who you think will win, not who you are rooting for (at least that is my stance)

Man everybody in Pittsburgh know we bringin' home that 7th ring it ain't even a question right now IF we gon get it just how we gon get it. I want the Packers to win and that's who got my vote. I'm thinking that the steelers may just do it though.
I think most lines are at -2.5 for GB right now but that's kinda surprising to me. Thougfht it'd be 1 tbh.

Yeah, I'd be mad too if my team was the weak ass Falcons and I had to go into every season knowin there was no fuckin chance my team would be in even a conference championship, let alone the Super Bowl. I mean god damn 1 Super Bowl appearance in fuckin franchise history? And they ain't even come close to winnin that. We've been in the Super Bowl almost as many times as the Falcons have made the playoffs. In the last decade they've had what 4maybe 5 winning seasons? There's a fuckin fact-filled post. It's cool tho, "dat pack" ain't shit just like the Falcons so we'll see come sunday.

I live right in the middle of Ohio (Columbus) and it's like a strange war-zone for the AFC North, my Steelers Side-kick. things get real heated, due to these two reasons:
a) Columbus LIVES for football due to the overwhelming fanaticism that the Ohio State University Buckeyes bring. since it's a passionate football city with perpetual WINNING ways (just like the our Stillers, but imagine a younger and dumber fan-base due to constant waves of college kids). so football and drinkin' reigns supreme in Columbus (insert dumb ass cliche of "Columbus is a drinking town with a football problem!"
b) as aforementioned, where I live (Central Ohio) is a fucking WAR ZONE for the AFC North! this is due to my city being approx. equidistant between the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cleveland Browns, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. and due tOSU being one of the biggest colleges in the world; there are kids from all over the Midwest and the world (fucking Indians and Asian tourists taking pictures of the dumbest shit).
so to make my point about point B - Columbus is a veritable battle ground for us AFC North footbaw fans. I remember the once out of every four years when the Cincinnasti Bungals are good, they have stopped me, harassed me, and usually try to incite conflict
so many footbaw fans hate us Stillers fans because we're like the Yankees of the NFL - constantly winning. but unlike the Yankees, we don't BUY our talent. the Steelers are KNOWN for never participating in those NFL mid-season blockbuster trades (right before the trade deadlines)
instead of buying our championships, we draft our players and actually DEVELOP them via our always-outstanding coaching staff and via our best ownership in all of the NFL (the Rooney family)
so let the haters hate!!

But I'm glad to see somebody from Cbus is reppin the Steelers like you from Pittsburgh, even though you got to deal with nut ass Bengals and Browns fans all season, like either of those teams even deserve to be spoken about in the same breath as the fuckin Steelers. But yeah you right, we make talent in this city not buy players that are already superstars and when you look at the Roony's and the coaching staffs level of skill it would be pointless to buy superstars, we consistently turn out some of the best players in the NFL regardless of the position.
Like 2008 when we had Leftwich as a backup when my man Charlie Batch was injured. (I'm always hopin Batch will get more playin time every season, we grew up in the same neighborhood, not that I know him personally, but he was always helpin the neighborhood with parks and shit and his face is on a bunch of murals.) but either way dude rode the bench all season and for most teams (like the shitty ass Falcons) he definitely would of been the startin QB but in the Steel City there was just to much talent already to bring a high salary "star" like him in so he barely got any play time. Look at the boy Dennis Dixon he came fresh from Pitt and was doin' nice for a rookie. I guess I'm kinda rambling about shit I'm sure you alrady know so Ima end it with some real shit....
