who likes dubstep?

I have yet to hear a dubstep tune that I would like to listen to more than once....TBH I have yet to even make it though a whole track....

I don't like dubstep :\
 
I absolutely hate dubstep. It's slow, and it's the worst thing to have at parties because it makes me fall asleep (even moreso than progressive trance!!).

BUT

Levictus turned me on to the coolest dubstep set I've ever heard. It's dubstep to the radio program War of the Worlds. Possibly the coolest thing I've ever heard. Check it out!!

not all dubstep is slow. it has slower percussions (140bpm) but with dubstep its not the drums that carry the tempo of the song, it's actually the bassline. this is what makes dubstep so unique and also why sometimes its so hard to nod your head to. youll be nodding your head slow and steady to the beat then the main bass line kicks in and your twitching your head and arms around like crazy haha.

but i can totally understand why people dont like dubstep.
 
Being not a big fan of dubstep previously, let's just say that all changed last weekend when I went to see Pantyraid. Rolled balls, danced with a bunch of chicks and had an INCREDIBLE time.

Sooo glad I went.
 
 
lol... I don't want to sound like an Elitist or something but some of these links dont deserve to be labeled as dubz.. It seems like now days every artist and their mothers want to add a slowed down beat and a little wobble to their tracks and call it dubstep because its the "new in thing" in the electronic music scene.
