Which state you smoked the best buds in

I'd have to say MINNESOTA has a constant flow of super-nice danks. So Minnesota it is
 
Kentucky no questions asked. But I guess everywhere has good bud, you just need to find the people who grow it.
 
LOL at this thread. everyone just posts the state they from. Real talk, you can find blaze shit most anywhere u go. I dont think anyone could ever really say one state thta got the best ish. Its just who you know and who they know that makes the difference. I would still say tho that the piff in the hood in Jersey is always on point and knock that ass right out to high ville.
 
I ain't just saying this because I live in Cali, but I would have to say we have the best bud and best variety of buds in the country by far. I had no idea how spoiled we are over here, until I smoked out friends from out of state, and see their reactions to how dank the herbs are. I mean, there are just so many medical mj clinics and so many people growing its just ridiculous. At the moment I am smoking on some ridiculously fire master kush brought down from Humboldt. The nugs all have purple tips too:)

#1 has a coke rush high initially and then erases your brain.

People have talked a lot of shit but never can compete. I have been told by numerous friends that have been to the cannabis cup (one was a judge), that my herb is on par (if not better) than Amsterdam's best weed.

Humboldt County can suck a fart from my ass-hole. their chemically preserved buds harsh me the fuck out. I have had about a hundred different strains from Humboldt and I quit fucking with their product because of the preservatives.

Dont tell me I do not know the right people down there, because I do. Been to trim parties in a where house a block away from the cops shop there. I sure got a kick out of that one.

California is the best since they have the liberty to experiment with new techniques. I know they say 'emerald triangle' is the best place to grow, but the best buds I smoked there were all indoor.

There are some old growers in NY that produce some amazing outdoor that smells like fruity pebbles, and the glands just shine!
 
im been to many states but only smoked chicago buds in them states
 
jack herer is nice, and would be my first choice if given, that ive had in TX, decent grape ape(also in TX) and other strains in NYC, very expensive though. WA though, or the pacific NW in general is very good about green anything. the best stuff i got there was an 1/8 of something, after it was gone just the crystals stuck in the empty bag stank up the room, to say the least. on a few occasions the lighter has stuck to my thumb after loading a bowl.

but yeah, it totally depends on who is growing it.
 
i know someone who gets large quanities on cali shipped in or brought in or something...this week was

sour diesel(my fav)..mango trainwrek..dankster...and blueberry all from a cali dipensary i think in the bay area
 
Honestly.. Weed has such a huge market compared to other drugs. So many more people smoke pot than use coke or heroin or harder drugs. You can get amazing bud almost in any state. There will always be people that know what they are doing with grows and distribute locally, so that's grade A bud there. And the trafficking network for marijuana is ridiculous. Like I said, a lot of people say Cali has the best bud, but I am sure you can get just as good weed in any fucking state you want. Just know the right people selling it. And it's not that hard. I've smoked some awesome shit and I am from Jersey. And I usually go into NYC to pick up my weed right in Washington Heights. Now.. pricing is going to be different across the nation, but you can get amazing grade A++ weed almost anywhere. The market's standards are going up so product quality as a whole is up. Then again you can get some pretty shitty weed almost anywhere too. It's not like heroin or cocaine where quality really matters upon location on the most part.

Edit: And if you want to count dispensaries, that's your opinion, but let's talk street bud here. Having dispensaries isn't fair to most states. =P

But then again, you can get just as good weed as you can get in a dispensary on the street or from someone who knows how to grow. My buddy is really into growing and he's done both outdoor and indoor grows, pretty large scale stuff too and his weed was some of the best I have ever had. Grew it in the fucking desert in New Mexico too.

Ha,ha,ha that's the truth! I was just about to post Maine as I was reading the responses. SWIM grows the finest bud he knows about and thats all due too having top of the line seed from many years of growing and breeding (Came originally from the Seed Bank) many years ago when High Times had adverts for them. Since then the Northern Lights, Hindu Kush, and others have been hybridised and cross bred with each other sometimes as Mom sometimes as Pop and good records were kept. My fav is C4 weed called Sea Weed around here due to it's proximity too the coast. Good seed and organic technique are what it's all about. Generally speaking, if you can grow good tomato's you'll grow good weed.
PS: Being Italian helps too! They are the best gardeners and have the green thumb.
