Which state you smoked the best buds in

The best was in Puerto Rico. While camping there, I gave 2 Liters of water to a couple who didn't have any. The next day, in the morning, I asked them if they had nuggz, but they they said they didn't. About 15 min later they come up to me offering to smoke. I accept the invite and hit their pipe, hand carved by a friend of theirs from upstate. My was I in for a surprise. Instead of headin out to hit the reefs with my speargun, where I was hoping to get a fat grouper or snapper, I ended up going to sleep on the beach on my side. I ended up getting the worst sunburn of my life on half my body. I was asleep sideways so like I was burned, blistered on one side, and fish-belly white on the other.

Having just been to a festival in CA where I saw many many kinds of medi-grade mariauana, it's California hands down. Holy shit I've never seen such good weed in my life
 
^^^ Thank you. This shouldn't even be a debate. California hands down has the best dank. I guess similar how jersey is known for good and plentiful dope, Cali will always have the best weed. Like I said, this isn't even a debate.

I can assure you that NY state has just as good quality.

Perhaps its more plentiful in cali due to the laws there. But as far as quality is concerned NY has just as good marijuana as CA (sour D, kush, and other strains are all available here).

i cant speak for the rest of the country. CA and NY are the only places ive bought pot at.
 
i've smoked the best weed in california and british columbia (vancouver), but i just want to state for the record that i think colorado is going to be the next major player in quality marijuana. their scene is really blowing up thanks to the medical laws and from what i can tell they have some seriously knowledgeable and dedicated growers out there. should be huge in no time :)
 
^^^ yeah but in terms of cultivations and knowledge and dedication to marijuana, I don't think any place in America (maybe even the world) can beat the Emerald Triangle in Nor Cal. The Humboldt, Mendocino, Sonoma area is so entrenched in growing some of the highest quality buds its just ridiculous. These areas are where most of the dank in the medical clubs here in Cali are grown.
 
The emerald triangle was known for its good pot because of mass amounts of out door cultivation going back to the 60s. This is still the case but with all the state and federal helicopters output is decreasing.

I'd wager the vast majority of medi-pot is grown indoors under lights. Strains from all over are being crossed and really you could grow the same pot in any state, or continent for that matter. But as you said with the laws changing and more people getting into growing, IMO Cali has an edge over any other state. The nuggets sold in stores are beyond anything I've seen in Chicago or at dead shows, and I've seen some HEADY nugs.

But as with anything, people will always claim they get the best nugs/dope/blow/etc so this conversation probly isn't going to go too far. As long as the genetics keep being bred and spread, everyone will benefit.
 
^^^ Agreed. It's not even just outdoor cultivation though. The number of houses in Nor Cal/Emerald Triangle which have indoor grow ops is really crazy. I mean, everyone is growing buds up there. In the forests, in their homes, everywhere.
 
Florida. It's all where you're connected. If I went to Cali today I would smoke worse buds than a regular bag here as I wouldn't know anyone. I've seen good bud from everywhere in America, the great part about the invention of indoor cultivation/manufacture.
 
i really want to go to a dispensary..im just curious as to see what one looks like on the inside

i cant even imagine being able to walk into a store and buy my weed, hash and edibals


like holy shit, i got a hard on thinking about it
