I absolutely love Big Fish, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands & Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

And I love most everything else Burtonesque.

There's something about Tim Burton and his movies that just rubs me the wrong way. I can't quite put my finger on it but every time I watch one of his movies, I just want to punch him.
But I'll say this. He definitely has a distinct style. You could pick his movies out of a hundred (if you were played a hundred movies with the credits removed).

I went with Ed Wood. Although Pee Wee's Big Adventure was my favorite movie when I was in 3rd grade.

this is a hard one. my all time, watch over and over, dragged my 70 yr old auntie into the theater to watch and heard her cringe the whole way through, and can't stop watching still 70 showings later... is definitely beetleguise

and i adored big fish, and plan on seeing it again soon, since it has been so long, but i remember being engrossed and in love with it.

nightmare before christmas, just pure awesomeness, and so happy it is the season to enjoy again. may see if i can get it on blu ray instead of the old vhs from 10 years ago!

and who can't like pee wee, jesus, i couldn't stop laughing for many years, though its appeal has dwindled.

but, didn't like batman, nor did i like ed wood, mars attacks, a few others.

and the chocolate factory was pure fail. i was disappointed in both he and depp.

martin landau as bela lugosi is the best character in any burton film imo. he deserved an oscar.

burton's style has gotten very tired and old imo.

Thats my all time favorite Tim Burton movie..I have all the characters in my room, a nightmare before christmas vase for my flowers, a Mayor beanie baby. A Jack Skellington thing for my antenna for my car. A whole bunch of t-shirts, the movie on VHS, waiting for the DVD for Christmas because they just came out with a remastered one. and on my drive home tonight i listened to This Is Halloween sung by Marilyn Manson..i dont know a bigger fan than myself
