all, let people do what they want, charge taxes, it has already been proven to work, check out amsterdam, great place, take a visit and it will change your mind about things.

I'll fix that a little:

Legalization is good for everyone except drug dealers. If drugs were legal, nobody would be able to make money selling them on the black market. You wouldn't have Columbian coke lords becoming billionaires or crack dealers becoming millionaires.

I support legalizing all drugs, not only for the many practical benefits it would give but also because I don't feel that anybody has a right to tell me what I can put in my body.
 
why does no one support legal phencyclidine. I dont think it would be much of a problem...
IMHO its a really chilled out drug, and moreso, its really weird and I dont think it would be all that abused anyways.
 
^umm, probably because its really weird and not all that abused anyway. Besides, we have DXM.
 
I support complete legalization of drugs as well. People are going to do them no matter what why rot in jail over something you want to do to your "OWN" body GOD GAVE YOU. Its your CHOICE thats how it SHOULD BE. No one should be able to tell you what you can and cannot put into your body. Would save a lot of room in JAILS i only believe on sending drug dealers to jail.... you get caught too bad shouldnt have been doing that.. but if you are strictly buying for your own intention i do not think it should be illegal its BS we do not live in a FREE COUNTRY or we would be able to do what we want with "OUR BODYS".

maybe even avaliable only with medical consultation....like...if ur a psycho no crazy psychedelics for you
weed i belive should be legal...i mean fuck it, thats where we're going anyway...woulden't it be so nice (and convenient) to be able to go to the store and buy 1-2g's of quality weed to have along with your beer legally? insted of waisting half an hour finding someone to give/sell u some...(well sometimes not even a half an hour...but i'd rather go buy it at a store next door than make calls and then drive to the dude's place and shit)

If they legalize weed i will be EXTREMELY PISSED OFF!!. What about the people who HATE WEED?. Shit no matter how you smoke it you become INCOHERENT and especially people that are PRESCRIBED BENZOS and are smoking weed mixed with their Xanax or Valuim because its legal get behind the wheel then it will be as bad as being piss drunk and driving!.

Anyways it would not be FAIR for the people that do not like pot for it to be "LEGALIZED" then all the POT HEADS get there drug of choice legalized and can do it where and whenever and get it easy as cake.. well what about me or the other people like me who LOVE opiates!? shit if they legalize pot they better legalize opiates or shit wont be FAIR by any means.? i would be extremely PISSED THE FUCK OFF!.
To be honest in my opinion anyways i think pot is worse then pills or just as bad i know smoking pot i sometimes can get so high if i drove it would be VERY DANGEROUS!! let alone walk around any stores i would be falling into shit but yet thing is with opiates i don't get like that it just gives me a NICE RUSH and i feel good and awake.. can nod if i take enough but i can "CONTROL IT" unlike POT.
Now HEROIN would be as dangerous in my opinion if you are injecting it! and go driving would be like being drunk and driving as well.. but snorting it never had really made me nod off unless i went with the flow but i CAN control it easily! and friends of mine have no problems as well controlling their opiate highs.. unless they are shooting up then there nodding like a BITCH for a little bit. In my opinion though when it ccomes to snorting that and bangin it there was a pretty big difference.
But pills hell NO i could handle a car easily on pain pills anyone can really.. unless i get like 2 Oxy 80's and bump both of them or something but i can't say that for marijuana.. shit 2 big BONG HITS and you could be almost passed out.. couple hydros or something weak isn't going to make you pass out. Anyways i will be pissed if marijuana is legalized.. If you legalize "ONE" drug you better LEGALIZE THEM ALL!! thats all i gotta say about that!.

ONE thing that kills me though is Dr's can prescribe patients like myself because i am on it Xanny bars or Valium and you can drive.. but a lot of people can't handle a bar without falling asleep and being all fucked up with not that big of a tolerance.... yet its illegal to snort dope.. hrmm weird the least they can do it let Dr's prescribe some good HEROIN for patients in pain rather then all the other shit they use like morphine n what not.. what about heroin!?. Would be nice to have a friend get out of a surgery fine and dandy and have a prescription of a nice big old bag of HEROIN to give some to his buddy :).

ok....so...drunk driving is a really bad thing,stoned driving is a really bad thing too (;) ) so even if weed were to be legalised it would never be perfectly totally accepted like...say caffeine,nicotine...it would be only for 18+,not allowed consmption if you were driving...i mean come one, do you really think that ppl don't drive around on much more dangerous substances that thc....
anywhoo....and ppl prescribed benzos well...they r not supposed to be drinkind alcohool with their benzos,but most of em still do.

I am saying i am prescribed benzos and i am allowed to drive around i do not drink alcohol with them. I would think that would not be allowed and it is.... and i would hope it would be illegal to smoke pot or be high prior to drive a car if it became legal. But all i really should have SAID IS it wouldnt be FAIR if pot became legal.. If you legalize 1 drug you better legalize most of the rest.... or at least the drugs that grow naturally from the ground like opiates, pot, shrooms, coke.
Is it illegal to drive if your on mmt? like i am because i drive myself home from the clinic and sometimes other places and i drive just fine and its full of opiates.

^ well yea...i'd like to buy my coke at the corner shop top quality any time of the day or night,but it would be verry unlikely...
i mean weed's much more possible to legalise because it's consumed recreationally by half of the populaiton of the planet(not based on a study, just my guess).
and i'm seeing more and more pleople accepting even suporting the ideea of legal marijuana...and i don't think im gonna see a lot of ppl supporting legal cocaine or heroin.
but hey...i think legal weed is a step forward to a real free world...and decriminalisation,as i said, would be a good option for some of the others,especially for psychedelics.
but anywhoo to each it's own...:)
 
I was talking about this very thing with one of my little helpers this morning. She wasn't too convinced about complete legalisation of everything. Then, after a little debate, I convinced her :). It's so obvious that I really can't see any argument against it personally. Nor can she now.
 
I'd try setting up something like a medical marijuana type thing, but for recreational use... this would make people need to go talk to a doctor who can give them a pass or a script to go to some designated 'drug stores' where after presenting they're pass they could purchase whatever drugs they wanted to use recreationally in personal amounts - this would let the people who want drugs bad enough to go get drugs easily but they would be informed by the doctor on possible consequences of their decision. Also it would elminate the need for dealers as the government is now the supplier and it would lower drug violence, gang funding would drop dramatically possible wiping some out... and tax revenue would be raised.
 
^Why not just require every pharmacy have a doctor on their staff, eliminate the middle man.

I doubt many pharmacies would be morally willing to sell drugs for pure recreation as pharmacists try to make sure people are not abusing/drug seeking. Also I doubt they would want drug abusers constantly coming in so many pharmacies wouldn't even sell recreational drugs, after all it is not their industry. I'm not talking about rx drugs either as they would have patents on them and i doubt companies would be approving of the sale for abuse of their rx drugs as it would give them a bad reputation. perhaps they could have generics though, i don't know... i was mainly refering to a shop that would dispense schedule 1 drugs

if drugs were legal those dealers would have never existed.

I've got 12 pages full of reasons for supporting, but the one that those in favor of criminalization can't disprove is that punishing someone for merely using a subtance is completely unjust
