Which do you prefer: Hydrocodone or Oxycodone?

Is OXY soluble in water, like if i try to dissolve my crushed up OC in hot water, would their just be the binders/fillers floating around, but the Oxycodone would still be dissolved in the water and couldnt be seen, like dissolving salt in water, clarity wise.

PLEASE answer this question someone, i need some help here ......
 
ocjunky, thats exactly what willhappen, im not sure if its ONLY the oxycodone that disolves in the water but ive devised a super simple oxy extraction method from the oxycontin tablets on the baisis that if u were to take a whole tablet oraly that a whole tablet actualy comes out in your stool, so i figured if i were to crush it up and put it in cold water that the oxy would disolve rather quickly into the water and considering the pill stays whole the whole time thru ur system but the oxy is released i figured that everything thats not oxy wouldent disolve...

thats exactly what appeard to happen, ive done this extraction process quite a few times now, the longist part is waiting for the water to evap but u can make it as short as possible by using as little water as u can.

To do the extract simply remove the coating COMPLETELY from the tablet, crush it up as fine as you can, and pour the powder into the bottom of a small glass container, i used a shotglass, get a glass of water with some ice cubes in it, make sure the water is good and cool and put about 3-5ml of water into the glass, u can use more or less depending on how easy it is to mix without getting shit on the side of the glass and how many pills u used or what kind, i used 1 80mg oxycontin.

ANYways once the water is in there get somthing to stir it up with, youl notice alot of powder isint disolving into the water and kinda forming into blobs, ul wanna kinda mash these against the side of the glass or do whatever u gotta do to make sure water gets all inbetween all of those "blobs" once ur sure water has gotten all through the undisolving powder let it sit for another minute just to make absolutely sure youve gotten everything, now get a coffee flter or some other paper filter ready to pour this solution through and have a glass or somthing below it to collect what comes thru the filter, before you pour the solution into the filter, make sure u get it wet first with just enuf of that cold water to only get it wet and not get any drops into the collecting glass, okay now pour the whole glass into the filter, it dosent matter how much white shit comes out as the filter will collect it all, now your gonna wanna drip some cold water back into the glass and get it all over the white shit thats been left in the glass just to make sure u get every last bit of oxy out of it, once ur done that pour it into the filter (no white shit should come out, if it does pour it into the center of the filter) if no white shity comes out pour it around the edges of the filter to make sure u get any last bit of oxy out of the white shit in the filter, a few extra cold drops of water on the filter wouldent hurt either.

Now once uve let it filter completely or as much as you think its gonna do u can add ANOTHER few cold drops to make absolutely sure all the oxy is in the collection glass, you shouldent have to let all the drops u added filter through just till it stops dripping since u should have everything then.

Now the easyist but longist part, take ur collection glass and pour it into a plate u can scrape crystals up from in about 12-24 hours, set it in a dark room temp place and let it do its thing.

12-24 hours later bam u got ur oxy extract, scrape it up ul notice itmight be kinda sticking together, thats just because its still slightly moist, its best to scrape it up at this time as if u let it completely dry the crystals will be flying all over the fuckin place, so once u scrape it up leave what u scraped up in a dish for awhile just as it was when u scraped it up and it will dry completely very quickly, ul know when u can cut it up with a razor and it makes a kinda crushing sound, from there cut it up with the razor to a fine powder, and do whatever you want with it :) its possible it will work if u smoke it, im gonna get a friend to try it for me when my extract is done..

Well, I'm not really sure which I prefer more. I love them both, but Vicodin was the very first pill I ever ate to get high and Vicodin is probably the drug I've done the most times 2nd only to weed. Last summer I was taking it non-stop for 2 months. Since then I've only been taking Vicodin when people offered it to me, which is maybe once or twice every week or 2.
*For the record I never snorted them, and infact I'd always laugh when I'd walk into the bathroom at school and see abunch of freshmen blowing lines, only to find out their sniffing a 5mg Vicodin, trying to get fucked up. It really is funny to me.

Now for Oxy. After Hydrocodone, this would be the Opiate I've done the most. Never was addicted, but I can very easily see how people could form a habit with this. I've had Percocets a few times, and those were the only times I swallowed Oxycodone, every other time it went up my nose. I used to get 5 or 6 5mg Oxycodone (they came in capsules) for $10 so I would always just empty them all out and sniff 'em. Then I discovered OxyContin and was blown away. If it weren't so expensive I know for a fact my use would've gotten out of control. 40mgs sniffed is the perfect dose for me, and I really don't know how the high is for OxyContin when swallowed. I've never swallowed them before, but I hear it lasts longer even after taking off the coating.

For a good nod, I really think Vicodin has Oxy beat. 40mgs of Vicodin would be enough to where I could barely keep my head up, as opposed to 40mgs of Oxy which is actually a little more stimulating for me somehow. Or atleast until it starts wearing off, that's when I start nodding. But for the quality of the high itself, Oxy wins. Pure bliss and euphoria.


So it's a tie because I can't decide.

DUDE THANK YOU. I thought i was the only one who had this problem. But the only thing im going to do different then what you said is im going to just filter out the solution to get the binders/fillers out, and then plug the clear oxy solution. That will work too rather then waiting for the water to dissolve correct?

i was on vicodin for awhile as a prescription, whereas ive only had the odd oxy, always smoked or snorted, with friends
to me hydrocodone was a much more deeply relaxing, pain-relieving drug, and the kinda drug i wud do purely to nod off pleasantly, while oxy makes me more truly 'high' with a relaxing but alert 'buzz', somewhat of a 'rush' and noticeable sudden euphoria.......however having never done hydrocodone in any other than pill form i cant really judge that accurtely
 
no problem ocjunky, yeah it should work plugging the liquid, im still kinda confuzed asto what this means, like suppository style? injecting? or dropping it?

the extract really does work when evaporated, the resuting powder looks like high quality coke, really smooth goin up the nose and so far with my experiments givin it to friends gettin em to smoke it they say it taste like coke/crack so there cant be many binders left it in atall, they didint get high tho as i made them do it outside and notin my house and half the 10mg i gave em blew away in the wind lol, shitty deal for them :p yet its not the first time theyve said somthing like this to me prolly just tryin to suck more oxy outa me.. lol

but yeah weather ur gonna inject the solution or go all suppository style with it than yeah it should most definantly work, if ur gonna inject it though id be safe and use some micron filters, personaly ive never injected anything, only needles that have been in my arms are vacines and blood test needles, anyhow good luck with ur extraction, im very glad i could help, let me know if theres anything else u wanna know as to what i can help with, i usualy come here atleast once a day to check out the threads and if ive got nothin else to do ill be here for horus at a time so i shouldent take long to reply, i was fairly busy today tho so srry for reply today..

I like oxycodone because i can take it in higher doses in OC, but id have to say i would take hydrocodone polistex (sp?) any day......i like em all
 
Can't pick jus 1 myself.... Well, I guess oxycodone as it has a similar feel of my favorite substance ever *METHADONE*[yea, das rite all yall sayin it ain't euphoric enough/at all...FEINDS!] in that it is kinda upper-like with creative outlet properties but still can be a hardcore slobberfest nod session....

Hydrocodone however, I jus looove in terms of warmth, contentment, nodding here-n-there, -n- jus overall mass euphoria built for a nice snowy nite stuck @cha peeps crib wit all ya homeboiz/'girlz, jus havin a deep -n- chill convo.... Reminds me of when I wuzz a opiate-NEWBIE when I wuzz stuck over my homegirl crib in a 3-4 foot blizzard wit my main partna Owtrajus... I had a cough so she had this old sizzurp [which I didn't kno 'til it hit me] which I took like 3 spoons while Owti took about tha same. Well, about an hour/1/2 hour later dis nugga [Owti lol] start talken bout he feel like he dyin [chest pressure, like heart attack-ish] while I wuzz str8 comfortably numb chillen on tha luvseat @ tha front window wit lite-ish snow brushing onto me [felt beautiful, as heat SUCKS on opiates/poids] So I tell the nugga ta jus chill, prolly indigestion or sumthin as it soon passed [still don't kno/'member wut it wuzz] -n- he wuzz FEELIN IT, lol. N e ways, we stayed up a good while jus chillen on dat lean [codeine, shit these days] talken bout errithing, wit sum relaxin slo jams bumpin [playlist I had jus burned] -n- itchin [luv the itch, gotta have it or I'm not feelin ish].

I kno sum yall may not give two damns, a shit, -n- one fuck bout that story but jus had to share it n e ways, reminisin on the good ol' days b4 methadone addiction.... Damn, that wuzz prolly the best feelin/time ever..... All that snow jus brushin over my warm body.[mostly face, tho I let off sum blanket here-n-there on purpose... mmmm...]

[jus relized that story had not much to do with oxy/hydro @ all as it was codeine when I was non-tolerant.... sorry ta yall who ain't feelin my long ass, mostly off topic post...]
 
I dislike both Hydro, and Oxy

Hydro is to dizzyish for me, and causes a huge headache after the effects.
Oxy is just too tiring for me.
 
mg to mg hydro is weaker but if you get enough hydro I'd rather have it over oxy, IMO its so much more relaxing and euphoric and just a clean high
 
I like the sedating factor with hydrocodone which oxycodone is lacking... However if I am in pain Ill jump straight to the oxy :-P
 
i like oxycodone over hydrocodone. oxy is less sedating to me, and more stimulating. usually when i do opiates im using them at work, or in a situation where i need to get things done.

i dont mind some hydro if im just lounging around the house, but then the only source of hydrocodone i have is in 5 mg pills with a bunch of tylenol, so its difficult to injest a useful dose without taking several grams of tylenol.
