which cigar do you use for blunts?

my crew always smokes dutches, blunt wraps or vegas, in my opinion there the best blunts u can smoke.

It depends on what we can get that is fresh because the gas stations around here tend to only have stale cigars. I usually stick with swisher sweets, but lately I've been rolling with phillies sour apple.

I try to twist Regular Dutch Masters when I can, the Vanillas are sometimes a quarter more. And White Owls are nice cause when you split em, you can easily tear off extra blunt before sealing them up. My only complaint about White Owls is that they're hard to unroll and rewrap -- for me at least. Blunt wraps are bad news bears, they smell like air freshener, are way too thick, and are all sickeningly moist when you get em out of the container.

Around where i live phillies were the blunt to smoke but now it seems that a new one called the whyteout is the thing to do. It comes in a long tube with sour apple/strawberry/grape/maybe berry never smoked one of thoes yet though.

favorite BLUNT(s) or blunt wraps?

as for me, i personally dont like blunt wraps....they have the fancy package and the sweet smell, but taste like ass.

my choices....

- white owl (strawberry or peach)
- optimo (reg. or peach)
- swisher (reg or strawberry)
- phillies (honey)

or just use real honey to seal any of these tasty flavors.

on another note, why havent they came out with a 'blueberry muffin' blunt, or 'angel food' cake or something like that?

Any Dutch Master is a good choice.

Most other cigars are inferior for the art of blunt rolling. The leaf wrap on dutchies is easy to remove and work with, and wraps your blunt up tight.

1) Honey Dutch

Everything else:
Green Leaf vega, wet mango royal, garcia crystals (for the heavy duty L), mint optimo, strawberry white owl, bannana/coconut philly (last resort).

White owls/phillies/swishers/optimos/etc are all pretty much the same tabaci cigar. White owls prolly got the most rugged paper out of all of them. Phillies got the thinnest (outside leaf at least). Everything else is in between. They are all harsh as fuck on the throat. As for Platinum or those other bullshit perfarated edge wraps, they can go to hell. They burn gross, got after taste when you spin em, and are made of worse tabaci than Royals. Fuck em.

In the end nothing beats a honey dutch. This coming from a vega man. As far as taste, burn, and spin go...ain't a thing compares...if we talkin about corner store blunts at least. Don't get me wrong on wraps tho...if I gotta spin while I'm driving or in a car...no guts to fuck with and they're by far the best blunt if you wanna taste it (for you shwag lovers out there). And if you read this entire message, I'm going to reward you. So you like Royal Wraps but find the roach harsh? Well my friend, you need to cut that out. What you say? Cut it out? Whatever do you mean? Have you ever accidently torn a wrap horizontally and noticed how perfectly it rips? Have you considerd applying this technique to the entire wrap, thus reducing the amount of paper you're smoking? I mean hey, if you are spinnin a pinner, you can make two blunts outta one wrap and be smoking *half* the paper. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Hopefully you've made some blunt rolling resolutions now.

How do you roll a blunt? I've only rolled with blunt wraps but i wanna know how to do it with a cigar... Thanks!

Cigars have 2-3 leafs. Dutches and Vegas have 2. Sometimes if you get a lucky one, they'll come with a couple outter leafs. Bootleg cubans (or real ones, shame on you if you want to spin a blunt outta one) have 3. I'll call em outer and inner leafs. If you're rolling a cuban, don't punish you're lungs with 3 leafs, throw one away, or keep it, or cherish it. Up to you.

Method 1) Split the cigar down the middle. Either with a knife or with your fingers. The latter takes some practice, but when you first start out try wetting it straight down the middle so you have some room to work with cuz a dry cigar will splinter if you put too much pressure on it or dont rip it straight down the pipe. Now toss out the guts. Tear off the butts. Don't be a putz...Take off the cancer paper which is now revealed between the two leafs at the end of all corner store cigars. You can now take the top leaf off, leave it on, or lick it up and make it into one "solid" leaf. That's it.

Method 2) Everything as above, except if you're lucky enough to be spinning a cigar where the top leaf can be unraveled, I suggest you do so. Just trace the leaf to where it starts at the butt of the cigar and scrape at it until the outer most leaf starts to come off. DO NOT tear the leafs under the outer leaf. DO NOT keep picking at it if it's not coming off. Even the crunchiest dutch/vega/etc will have the outer leaf basically unravel itself once you release it from the evil grasp of the cigar. Now that you have the outer leaf off, do just as you would if you had the rest of the cigar. There should be a line down the cigar showing you where to split it too. So you know this is how the cigar is supposed to be rolled. Go head and spin that inner leaf into a blunt. Be careful since it's fragile without it's precious outer leaf shell. Make sure it drys out before you throw that outer leaf over it cuz once you do, it's hard to dry out the leaf under it. Who likes a soggy blunt? Especially if you're smoking that sticky, it will fizzle out on you quick as shit. Duno about you, but I like to chill while I smoke instead of puffing at it nonstop. Some people think a wet blunt burns slower, but you gotta keep it going don't you? Anyway, so wrap that outer leaf around the blunt to finish it off. Make sure it's sticky so it don't unravel and it's toite like a tiger. Not too toite, cuz than it won't hit. Not too loose, cuz than it's a ho. You can use honey to stick it too, but that takes some practice itself. Don't put too much or the leaf will slide and slip on you. Honey Dutch + Honey = Winner. But ya...you gotta know how to put on that leaf depending on how loose/tight the blunt already is. But hey enough reading...get out there and make me proud.

In my part of Florida its almost always dutches, but sometimes Swishers or Garcia y Vegas. I perfer the Garcia y Vegas personaly.
