My bad about my last post. I deleted it; now this time I'll talk about the mindspace between the various 2C's.
My opinion is that all of the 2C compounds can provide the psychedelic, analytic mindspace, but all of the 2C's have different ratios of bodyload:mental effects and visuals:mental effects.
An example for a high ratio of bodyload:mental effect would be 2C-I. You always read about people experiencing high bodyload, headaches, stimulation. If this did not happen, people would be able to push the 2C-I dose way higher and for that mindspace they're going for.
Visuals also play into it, too. With some 2C's, your visual field is so fucked that you literally cannot push the envelope any further. The 2C's generally get visual faster than headfucky compared to tryptamines.
If you read the Big & Dandy 2C-C and 2C-D threads, you will see that people who have pushed the envelope with these compounds have sometimes labeled them as "true gems." The dose is very high to achieve a truly introspective and analytical mindspace, which is probably why many trippers look past the compounds due to very high cost compared to the other 2C's.
I currently am working with 2C-C and working my way up. I think erowid is wrong with the dose chart. I think 2C-C allows you to push the dose high to get the effects you want because it has one of the most tolerable bodyloads of all the 2C's (and is actually very euphoric!), and is also very empathogenic, which I believe is a great quality in a psychedlic experience. We are human, after all, and having a cold and analytical mindspace common to a lot of the other 2C's is not generally as useful.
If you have the money, get a good quantity of 2C-C. Maybe 2C-D. For me, I require more 2C-D then 2C-C to get "equal" effects. I tripped on 50mg of 2C-D last night (highest I've gone yet) and I was at a weak ++. 2C-C is more empathogenic and euphoric than 2C-D, so I have moved on from 2C-D. I have experience with E, I, D, and T-2, and for various reasons, I have moved on from those, too.
