When you wake up in the morning, what gets you going?

Now it has come to point I get out of bed..

Cup of coffee with speed and 4 benzos.
Sad but true

Nice one. Green tea is awesome!!

In the morning my first is always a cup of boiled water with a dash of fresh lemon juice. Then after drinking that, i wait about 10 minutes then have some cereal with warm milk and sugar on top. Wakes me up wonderfully. I wont have a coffee until i get to work for that extra perk up.
 
My morning routine is as follows:

6am - Wake up. Consume small protein shake.

6.30 - hit the road running for a hard hour of roadwork intervals of jogging and sprinting

7.30 -shower, dress.

8. - hit up starbucks for a grande mocha.

8.30 - stop back at home to rip a HUGE bowl of the stickiest, greenest, finest grade A hydroponics you could imagine. Then, usually in a mad dash, I run like a motherfucker back to my car and get over to campus.

9 - slide into my 9am organic chem class with a big smile on my face.

Take the bong to the bathroom and turn on the shower.
Pack a bowl and proceed to smoke said bowl while the shower warms up.
Shower (nothin beats a hot shower after a big bowl)
Have a Parliment Menthol Light (big tobacco's candy) outside.

Wake and bake makes me so productive during the day. If I smoke more though I just end up getting too lazy to do much.
 
60 MG of Adderall
1 two mg bar
five 7.5MG/750 of Hydrocodone

Now to get some sleep

1 two mg bar
800 mg of Seroquel
 
my alarm clock.

good day:
1-3x 30mg Roxicodone IR - Insnuffer'd
2x 160mg Coffee/Energy Drinks
bad day:
2x 10000mg Snore Button
1x 160mg Missed Work
 
i dont think i got a "typical" morning thing happening, it just depend on wat i gotsta juggle 4 tha day.. but the following definitly help me.....
*hot shower
*hot drink
*cigga
*food
*music

usualy after an hour or so of waking i will have a chop also dont think that really helps me "get going" though:|
