When you wake up in the morning, what gets you going?

I am always wondering and find it interesting to find out what people do before their day at school and or work to get things going. Whether its drugs, alcohol. a cigerette, your medicine etc.

It takes me,

75 mg of Effexor XR
40 mg of Nexium
1/2 a B of H (or some soboxone (8mg) or methadone (20mg))
1 Parliament Light
1 Dr Pepper

To start the day nicely.

Depends on what day it is. Normally I like to get up and have a hot shower, a big glass of fresh-squeezed juice, some kind of bread product, and a cigarette. On other days it is a large cup of poppy tea, a hot shower, some type of bread product, and a couple of hits of weed, then the cigarette. Each second day must be an "other" day, or bad things will happen (yea, opiates are super 8) ). Oh yea, also music or Howard Stern is essential, it helps to start the day with a laugh.

Running in -10F degree weather to the bus, then missing the bus, then spilling hot chocolate on self, then running for train, missing train, cursing loudly, train when arrives decides to go extra slow and make me more late, train doors now have dents in them. exit train, run like fucking hell across town to school... pretty awake by math class.

In summer I like to go for a short walk to the park and laugh at birds eating bread Then grab a smoothie or something.

I've never, never been good at taking drugs straight after I wake up. I need a good 6 hour buffer zone.

sometimes i just take a shower and go, but usually i like to take in as much caffeine as possible. rockstar energy drinks are good, or a triple mocha etc.

20mg of adderall is a good way to start, but by the end of the day it can be pretty unnerving!
