When you cycle do you use amph or mdma?

well my diet is pretty good since i started changing it up, cutting calories etc, sorry if i worded that wrong, my main aim is cutting bodyfat and it is working so far i havnt noticed my arms or anything getting smaller.. i normally do half hour lifting and half hour cardio every day.

sorry if this next question is not allowed but im pretty sure dexedrine is still legal so does anyone know of a reputable website to buy it from? the place i get my clen and eph does not have it. really sorry if this goes against rules please do not answer if it does
 
dexatrim is the OTC diet pill, dexedrine is the pharmaceutical amphetamine
/d-amph = dextroamph. apologies if i messed up on the trade-name of 'dexedrine'

i dont really count protien as i dont always have time and i roughly count my calories but it averages around 1600 to 1900. dont know wat my current bf is but im definatly losing weight
 
i'd HIGHLY suggest finding out your daily protein intake, if you're diet already has you catabolic, and you add training/stim's, you'll be throwing away muscle like crazy.
/how much weight are you losing? a good rule of thumb is aiming for like 1-1.5lbs/wk max, obvi this varies based on the individual
//** Fitday.com ** is your friend. it's free, and it'll track calories/protein/etc (it'll track your training too, but i can't vouch for that part). it's a bit of a pita to setup, but after a few days, maybe one week, all you'll be doing is entering "0.25 subway", "1.5 protein shake", etc, very very easy and extremely useful
 
il have to get a look at that site, thanks. im not losing more than 1lb a wk, maybe 1.5 a fortnight. i try to eat plenty of chicken and fish etc and no junk food, alcohol, bread or any crap like that..
 
Good stuffs! r u taking protein supplements, or just relying on the meat?
/no bread/junk food is good, when on a restricted-cal diet you need to be sure you're getting the fats/proteins your body needs, carbs are an afterthought here
 
no im not currently takin any protien shake or anything like that as th stuff i have is a banana flavour shake sorta thing so i figure itd probly have a few extra cals in it. do u reccomend taking protion at the same time as clen or eph? i have some bog standard creatine i havnt even opened yet as well
 
i almost always recommend supplementing w/ protein. not because the supplements themselves* are anything special, but because most are not getting enough protein to stay anabolic. you'll be cutting, so you won't be anabolic anyways, your concern isn't gaining muscle, but preserving it. If you're not getting 1g protein / 1lbs bodyweight, that needs to be addressed.
(*think of the shakes as powdered food ;P )

re the creatine, that's your call. it'll do a good deal of what it would've done if you used it while training for muscle (which is, admittedly, not much). the stuff is (minimally)effective, cheap, and relatively safe. i'll use it if i happen to have some that i grabbed real cheap (ALWAYS creatine monohydrate, wouldn't touch any other form), otherwise it doesn't really enter my mind
 
yea its monohydrate. was pretty cheap 2 lol. hmm well iv had 2 days off any training now so start eph and caffiene for the next 2 weeks, and will take a protien shake each day as well :) thanks for the advice man. :)_

o and about the caffeine, try cycling it on/off (weekdays-on, weekends-off). i've always found caffeine tolerance to build extremely quickly, but to leave fast as well
 
I normally only use 10mg of d-amp at a time, and have a mild tolerance to it. My BP is pretty much not effected by it (caffeine would be much worse).

I do have a BP cuff, and have noticed that my BP isn't much (if at all) lower when off the d-amp.

I am also more likely to eat, and want to and actually work out, while on the medication.

I completely support going to the gym sober if you're bulking.

However cutting is different.

What are you trying to recommend bro ? I don't understand your post in the slightest.

I am much the same. I hate food on amph. I also over exert in the gym. Which has lead to this week. I am burnth the F out.

But I look pretty good, and so the women confirmed fri & sat night... %)

I gotcha - Ya , even the mex gear sites I use offer methylphenidate - these types of substances are used but I feel so shitty on them and I get better results so much cheaper / easier personally.

theoretically/in practice, amp's could absolutely be effective on a cut.

i'm sure there's multiple pathways to the glycogen stores - hopefully someone can clarify - but IIRC the adrenaline release causes digestion to slow, glycogen stores to dump, etc ('fight/flight' effects)

The few times I've gone to the gym sped up, I feel like I also ended up not recognizing the sensation of my muscles not being ready for another set (rest period). In turn it ended with me failing more sets than anything else. I was doing 5x5/strength building, so it was definitely not a good gym session!

But like I previously said, for endurance training, it may be better, but take in mind that's extremely dangerous especially if you're on cycle. One of my friends has had heart problems thanks to his steroid use, imagine what mixing an amphetamine into your system, while doing high-intensity endurance training would do.

What I'm most curious about is, how amphetamines work to rid the body of glycogen stores. Do they work as diuretics or add retention? Could you theoretically take Amphetamines to cut before a competition or to look your best?

In practice 110% effective.

That extra 30 minutes of cardio with higher intensity + lifting higher intensity = more results per cutting.

Water retention is less for sure if at all.

The guys that pump themselves with 20 ECA tabs are doing the same thing.

Lets remove the whole amph are evil mental prest. I do not understand people at actually argue 1000mg of caffine is worse for you than 10mg of amph base. If any argument both are bad and the one that is worse is purely a genetic issue.

Best bet is straight edge on the stims and molly.good QUALITY courses,which are hard work to get...amd pct.
Then hit the illicit gear and hunt the tang down.....nothing like juice confidence with the mdma friendlyness....you come up trumps most nights ...
