Hi everyone,
I've been on this forum for a while now and most 'bad' MDMA stories I've read are about people who went on binges, sometimes for years, and came out the other end with depression/brain damage/etc. Then there's the stories of the MDMA-enthusiasts who use it just a bit too much a bit too often and have since started to 'lose the magic' and probably also built a tolerance to the drug.
Plenty of advice has been given to these people and even though it's different for everyone, it is generally accepted by all x-users that if you 'abuse' the drug, you will later be confronted with the consequences.
These days, pill users assume that using MDMA once every 1.5/2 months, max 200mg and preferably not redosing is the way to 'safely' use MDMA (this is a rough estimate, it is of course different for everyone depending on sex, age, build, etc).
What I've been wondering is how true this is. I consider myself a responsible user, and have always stuck with the rules mentioned above. All of my MDMA experiences so far have been good (have been using it sparingly for a year now) and I have never had a hangover.
But, will this kind of MDMA use eventually take its toll as well or will I be able to use it this way for another 2 decades so to speak? How safe is it really? Will I eventually build a tolerance anyway? Will the 'magic' eventually go, despite sticking to the rules?
Maybe there are some of you out there who have also stuck to these rules but still have noticed a change in how well they handle the drug, or noticed their hangovers were getting increasingly bad, etc. And maybe there are people who have used MDMA 'responsibly' for a fair amount of time but noticed that it is still as good as the first time?
I wonder what other people's opinions are on the matter!
