I've only done 2C-B, 2C-E and 2C-I and I have to vote for B. It is just such an amazingly comfortably and fun psychedelic and I find it extremely easy to control. It's one of those chemicals that you can take at any time to enhance reality because the visuals are thrilling yet hardly any mindfuck compared to tryptamines and other phens. 2C-E was a crazy roller coaster and was exteremly strong and fun however the physical side effects (cramping, muscle tension, overall soreness) really put a dampen on the trip. 2C-I was a great chemical but I still think that 2C-B is my favorite phen (mushrooms are my fav. of all time ;) ).

Because its the most introspective and i never get a bad bodyload. In fact i have a great body sensation on 2ce. 2ci is fun too though, but i get a bad bodyload from it.
 
It's odd to me that people that people can have bad experiences on 2ci...every time I do it, it is just so easy (unlike acid, 2ce, etc)...psychedelics emphasize how unique individual experiences are.

Also speaks to the psycho-somatic aspect of these things, which probably plays a role

Ive only had 2 "bad trips" in my tripping career. One of these was from a irresponsible dose of lsd (first time tripping ever, took way too much). Second time was from 22mg of 2c-i.

I took that dose of 2c-i at the wrong time in my life, and in completely the wrong setting. Just goes to show how important set and setting are.

Substances affect people differently.

For me though the reason for the difficult experience (wouldn't really call it a bad trip) was because of taking it even though i didn't have much of a desire to, and because of some personal issues. And probably not having anything to do, like hang outside with friends, while tripping.
 
i was very disapointed with 2ct2 when i ate a capsule of 22mg...just made me sick....nothin like eatin good blotter or mush...cid always be my fav til i try out 2ci and 2cb...
 
I have 25mg of 2cb...can someone tell me how long it will last and if I should take it out of the capsule to eat it or just with capsule....i checked erwoid and it said like 4+ hrs......thanks guys.

id say give yourself at least 8 hours for the whole experience. how you take it depends on what you wanna do, shulgin always says the taste is part of the experience so id dump the powder in your mouth just for the taste and im sure it wouldn't hurt the onset speed, the cap may make it take a lil longer than jsut pouring it in your mouth.
 
ive had some 2c-e and 2c-t-7 recently, they both rock in their own way. 2c-t-7 blew any visuals ive had on anything else out of the water, i mean i was seeing patterns and faces in everything and mad trials. 2c-e seems just soo perfect no body load for me. i dont see how people can complain about either of these not being good.

Lmao you have to be kidding me.

Just take the capsule. RC's taste awful, believe me. You'll just end up possibly gagging and having an awful taste in your mouth.

That's pretty ironic since I get my 2c-i in 25mg capsules. And I'd give at least 8, preferably 10 hours where you don't have to worry about doing anything important, being around parents, etc...
I've never needed that long with 2c-i (but make sure I have all that time just incase), but i've always taken it on an empty stomach too, so I assume the effects don't last as long as they otherwise would.
 
^^ I always put my chemicals directly in my mouth... it's just a flavor, it won't hurt you. Some of them don't taste bad. I mean, they don't taste good (far from it) but it's not like they induce instant nausea, at least for me. Putting them directly in my mouth produces a faster and smoother come-up and gives me the feeling of being more intimately familiar with the chemical... whether it's placebo or not, it works for me.

Then again, tastes don't bother me. Except for 4-HO-DiPT... NEVER put that directly in your mouth. 8o

Taste seems to be a real problem for many people in regards to sublingual use or just crushing up tablets.

I remember the hysteria surrounding insufflation of 2c-t-7. Admittedly, it's not pleasant but we're only talking a few minutes of agony before the effects of the substance overwhelm simple sensations like pain!

Admittedly - oral midazolam is possibly the vilest substance I've held in my mouth. I don't think I could describe the taste - somewhere between washing up liquid and slaked lime I think.

But anyhow - 2c-t-7 for me. It's the reason my interest in psychedelics didn't fizzle out. However, I stand by Trogdors comments in regards to few users trying enough of the 2C's to have any idea which is best.

yeah honestly i find alot of the tastes interesting. I also just like to know what the chemical tastes like just like xorkoth said to become more familiar with the chemical

Don't know why other than it'll have somehing to do with the lipophillic nature of the group. The bit about them being the best is purely my opinion - some (I believe a tad misguided!) people seem to prefer the 4- halo or 4-alkylthio compounds... nowt so queer as folk!

As for tasting them like that, I feel letting it into my brain is quite intimate enough such that I don't have to taste it! =D


PS I can't believe 2C-D has only has 12 votes (pr is it a case that most people voting haven't tried it?)

I think its availability and high dose required keep most people from trying it. That can be only explanation, otherwise it would be much higher on the list.

2c-d is the greatest. The other 2c's could learn a thing or two from it.

2ci made me want to go to the strip club for some wierd reason...at least go out and converse with people...i liked it a lot
 
2C-B > 2C-D > 2C-E > 2C-I

I have not consumed others. But I would like to see where 2c-t7 fits in.
