why? it can be the most rewarding experience you will ever have. but be carefull and read up on the substance beforehand because it can be polar extremes.
 
Anyone tried any 2c-x or 2c-t-x that is not listed above??
I am particularly interested in 2C-T and 2C-IS, but info on any other would be appreciated.
 
2C-T will be a winner just like 2C-D. I bet they will be very similar, with some of the added "2C-T" warmth. But in general, a short, clean, pure psychedelic state.

Remember, 2C-D got little attention in PIHKAL, but has since shined inside many of us.

I think that 2C-IS is the appropriote abreviation

I figure the dose will be high, but I began to think about this one after finising my experiments with 2C-T-4.
 
2CT7 is one of the things that Casey got busted for (doing 20 years in the UK). I like 2CI the best, but I'm biased...
 
I mentioned this is the 2CE thread but I have found the few 2Cx's I have done to be quite worthless, 2CE is the only one that had any depth to it. Glad to see I am in good company though, by the look of this poll result.
 
2C-iP has always interested me as well...also because of the unique nature of 2C-T-4, as well as the extreme potency of 2C-P. But the gods do not want to shine on 2C-iP it seems. DOIP is active at 20-30mg (loss of 10X potency from DOPR) and since *most* of the 2Cs are also about 10X less potent than their corresponding DOx...2C-iP may not be active until you get to mescaline-like dosages.
 
Ah, 2C-IP, not 2C-IS. I feel there could be a shorter, less disassociative feeling trip in there somewhere. Is the synth overly diffacult??
I dont beleive dose has anything to do with the quality of a drug.

I don't either. But the fact is weak compounds take a backseat to potent ones with regards to $$$. Someone has to pay for the materials. But I'd love to see it made. No, the synth should be no harder than that of 2CE, 2C-P, etc.

I started its own thread in pd in the hopes more people would come across it than will likely come across it here.
 
I'd say 2c-e out of the ones I've tried, which are 2c-i, 2c-t-2 and 2c-b and 2c-e, but admitedly I don't have a great level of experience with any of them, having tried each one only a couple of times. They do all kick the shit out of me physically though. 2c-e seemed to have the greatest therapeutic potential for me.
 
i've only tried 2ce so i voted for that 8)

i found it more mentally helpful than lsd though. There wasn't a complete ego death like lsd gave me, it was more like 2 people one was kind of tripping nicely and the other was going through ego buggery but could easily switch between the two like. "hey this guys going through something profound, lets grab some popcorn"

definately massive amounts of paranoia compared to lsd or shrooms, made me see everything as being predetermined and every emotion thought or even ever song or film i watched was there to guide me through life and it had always been around.

it makes the lines between catatonia and 'reality' clearly defined at hte time instead of having to later recall it like i do with other substances.

Would be a good substance for diagnosing mental illness or cult indoctrination 8o
it has made me question more and appreciate the idea of predetermination. Still have the paranoid lingerings of a mass psychological experiment but my ego doesn't fancy letting go to that extent yet, and i'm fine with that

anyone else feel like a guinea pig? have fun folks :) be safe

This is very well-said, and is my absolutely favorite part of 2C-E. it seems to be a common thread among almost all the profound experiences I've heard about with 2C-E.

2C-E showed me that time is a continuum, and every aspect of existence is perfectly laid out in a massive beautiful web of interconnectedness. Every single action, thought, every variable of life IS laid out in order to guide you through your life, as it is with everyone.
 
/\ Do we see this so well because 2CE allows us to let go of our attachments and preconceptions? It's surely one of the most "rational" psychedelics out there (for lack of a better word).

Yep exactly. I've been reading a good bit about hinduism and vedic cycles recently then watched a documentary about time travel as i was peaking last night (http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=-5896048467372201322&q=time+travel) which coincided with me realising thought/soul/intuition is light and if i could slow the electrical impulses in my brain down that i could easily transcendence this time/reality and live forever. That then freaked me out as the slightly sober part of my trip was saying "shit! we're going catatonic". Kind of annoyed me at the time but it's that duality that let me recall the trip so clearly, to myself at least. Some bodged science gong on but it worked at the time :)

Definately gives for good writing material anyway :)
The idea that everything is laid out as it's gong to happen, or each time you reach these states you have entered a parallel universe at a subatomic level which them manifests itself in your psysical reality... the lack of control was profoundly satisfying :D

I'm a relatively uninitiated psychonaut thought so i'm sure most of you are all too aware of the feelings i'm talking about. Still happily chugging along with you all. This site has helped change my perception to such an extent it's almost scary but it was my time to find all you folks :)

oh, the narration in that documentary is a bit naff along with some of hte analogies they use but it was delivered in as easy to understand fashion which was needed at the time. Still a worthy wee watch.

This is completely the opposite effect of what 2CE gives me.

My last 2CE trip was an amazing fantasy of the mind that strengthened my ego and allowed me to more firmly attach to the conceptions I possess. Actually, I thought it really tapped what I had in me and allowed me to creatively release it.

I had an amazing fantasy I won't share for the sake of proper behavior but will likely never forget anytime soon!!!!! =D ;)
