I have a few candy bracelets I like to wear, but that's about as far as I go.
For me it's just like any other subculture, it's to signify that you hold a common set of ideals and have similar tastes in music etc. To me it's just about being open, having fun, friendliness and of course pumping dance music.
Never went full out with the bracelets or wear phatties or anything because I like to be able to go to other venues/out in public without being refused entry or standing out too much. Just a few bracelets I can easily remove to get me into the right frame of mind as part of the whole experience.
