whats the worst drug to OD on?

I see a lot of people saying that ODing on opiates would be really unpleasant, but I beg to differ. I've never ODed and died, but I have fallen out and woken up on the floor and hour later. Time travel isn't unpleasant, but it's a waste of a good high.
 
I think the worst drug to od on would be something like tylenol. Being completely conscious to go through the pain and torture of liver failure seems worse than, say, crashing on heroin or some other drug which would at least dull the experience for your mind.
 
I read on Erowid that the Army did MDA tests back in the 50's and IV'd 500mg into a guy!!!!

Yes he overdosed.

But imagine the overdose.

T 0:00 - IV 500 mg pure MDA
T 0:02 - Begin to feel most incredible sesations ever
T 0:05 - Every unreal, great, supernatural, scary, demonic, happy, funny, sad thought rushes through your brain at one time
T 0:10 - Your body says enough and just stops

I totally agree here. Especially since there is nothing they can do to reverse the damamge from a tylenol OD past a certain point (short of transplant.) So, basically you spend 36 hours in pain, knowing that at the end you're going to croak anywho.

In regards to the stim/opiate OD, I would have to say a stim OD would be worse. I've OD'd several times on opiates, and I remember nothing untill I woke up in the hospital. And I felt great before I nodded off. Good times.

Id have to say ODing on something like Dramamine or DXM, in my view. Ive never experienced hard stimulants like coke or meth, nor plan to, and im sure those are pretty bad. But out of my experience, just the body load 18 pills of dramamine gives you is too much for me to handle anymore. And 18 is far from ODing. Having no connection with the real world, having no true thoughts before your death and seeing things that are nothing short of scary. Thats no way I wanna die. DXM wouldnt be as bad, one time I felt so strung out from just one bottle of robitussin. I just wanted it to end...
 
I haven't OD'ed, but my brother has been revived twice after ODing once on Heroin, and then on speed (he injected both times). He said that heroin is bad because he could feel his heart stop, and he felt completely helpless, weak, drugged and like death was truly upon him. Speed he claims, is bad because it is painful and intense and poisonous and damaging.
He wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for his friends adrenaline needle.

In both instances he said that recovery is absolute hell.

He has since become clean.
 
definitely any stimulant due to the toxic and long-lasting effects. After a downer OD your relatively straight after your resuscitated, while meth or coke would have long-lasting after effects. I've OD'd on a Heroin benzo combo approx. 15 times over the past 4 years. After the narcan wears off your not feeling the best but theirs no lingering psychological problems to develop.

I remember one time when I was like 14, eating 14 benedryls. 25x14= mmm 350mg. It was the worst experience ive ever had from drugs. I puked about 30 minutes later, and there 14 half-dissolved benedryls in my puke (thank god). I was going in and out of conciousness, time wouldnt move, but worst of all was the horrible feeling I got all the way through my body. The best way i can describe it is having strings under your skin, and them being slowly pulled, causing the worst stingy/itch feeling ever. It sucked.
 
Id say the worst would be heroin..I dunno where you guys are getting all these ideas of it being falling off into a sleep. I seen a guy overdose on Heroin (and he lived thank god), you spazam, dry heave and your throat colapses on you so you can't breath..basically your body is shutting down,sounds real relaxing to me. ODing on Meth would be pretty bad in itself since you'd probably die of a heart attack or stroke.
 
not really mick.. i have experienced a heroin od b4 and i just felt sleepy and drifted into a sleep like everyone has stated in earlier posts... no spasms.. or dry heaving for me.. just drifting sleep
 
hmm..werid, cause I know for a fact the guy who i saw oding was on H. Think if he had been speed balling it might have had those effects?

Because you'd be freaking out. You start to think "Am I going to die?" then start getting all freaked out...


another thing is.... you'd have to take a huge dose of LSD before you actually died.... Maybe swallowing like a cup full of potent LSD. You'd instantly start tripping..... and probably pass out eventually I'd guess.
 
^^^^ How would you instantly start tripping? Just because you've taken a large amount orally doesn't mean it'll be absorbed instantly and go straight to the brain?

Or am I talking shit again?

Since very LARGE amounts of lsd would be consumed it would be digested or absorbed very quickly if you were to drink a cup of powerful LSD. So I think this is true that you would prolly start tripping 5min after you drank your cocktail.
 
As most people here says, I think DXM and stimulants would be pretty bad to OD on, as well as asprin. Apparently, you don't die straight away after you OD on asprin, you die slowly and painfully in the course of a few weeks from liver failure or something.

I had always wanted to OD on heroin as my choice, but then reading the posts here seems like heroin doesn't just make you go to sleep!
