Whats the hardest drug you can think of?

Several previous posts make good points.

IV cocaine for insanely compulsive behavior. Daily meth use for delusional thoughts. Fentanyl for easy OD. Alcohol and benzos for dangerous WDs.

Personally, alcohol has caused me more problems than all other drugs combined.
Barbiturates have put me on a ventilator in ICU twice (like fentanyl, a tiny bit too much is the difference between having fun and being in a coma or dead)

But for me, the hardest drug to quit is nicotine. If it is available in any form, I WILL use it.
 
I'd say it depends on whether you mean hardest on the body or the mind?
Six of my friends who I grew up with killed themselves within a 3 year span - all of them started slipping for real when they began mixing psychedelics with their opioids and benzos.

Few people lose their shit and sink into psychotic delusions from trying heroin.
A hefty dose of mushrooms, DMT or LSD on the other hand? That's a bye-bye for some.
 
Crack by far. Never was my thing but most compulsive addictive drug there is. Extremely hard on the heart. Kicks like a 12 gauge compared to IV meth being a BB gun. Shit is the definition of hard.

Alcohol 2nd simply for the behavior it causes + level of toxicity of the drug.

Exactly why I almost always stick to a handful of classic well-proven drugs. I’m probably missing out on many stimulant and psychedelic adventures but I’ve still got all my fingers and toes.

Ive read in BL It actually gets to the brain faster via inhalation than IV...the rush into the brain is more concentrated and hits faster making it more addictive. You lose.some material due to potency destruction by heat but just add extra.

I was a big IVer of all things but found with cocaine freebase to hit harder than IV.

Man, i know with crack it gets faster but with IV takes few secs more ,A LL AT ONCE. You dont get to hear the real Metallic train with base.
 
PCP might be the quintessential “hard drug”, if just from reputation alone. But it also delivers if you ever try it. It’s definitely nothing I would suggest to everyone, but if you handle drugs responsibly, you like Ketamine, and you’re a reasonably intelligent person, you might want to consider PCP, as I’ve had meaningful experiences on it.

It’s a bizarre drug in that it frees my mind up to have a sort of awakened dream state and it starts manifesting psychic visions from this free form. This is where it pays to be experienced in meditation and thought control. And I’ll just start coming up with a backstory for several congealing conspiracy theories that are all conjured from some weird fantasy thought loop induced by the PCP. Shit gets nutty, and I can’t even explain myself as I begin to forget early parts of these rapidly unravelling thought iterations… but it ties it into sentimental emotions for me and something in the resonance is comforting about this. PCP definitely isn’t what you think it is, but it’s still easily one of the most hardcore drugs I’ve ever taken… both in terms of effects and reputation.
 
and there is ghb and its prodrugs. can be quite nice if you find the right spot but you cannot stop, get agitated and need it for sleeping. light hangovers appear along with underliying nausea but you keep dosing it to get something out of it. im currently on 15-20ml bdo a day, cannot do without it. gbl freaks which we call lorkis over here do up to 40ml a day, they redose every hour or so.
 
PCP, in my experience, is the most unpredictable drug. Did it a few times in my teens (1970's). Sometimes a barrel of laughs, sometimes just a mellow buzz, sometimes terrifying. I've seen buddies totally lose their shit on it.

On my list (along with huffing solvents) of things I'll NEVER do again.

And crack is just a waste of time & money. Ridiculously short-lived high that ain't all that great anyway.

that is the thing with all dissciatives. sometimes its ingenious and sometimes youre just out of it. arylcyclohexylamines are the most forgiving and easy going, but there are differences with 3meo-pcp beiing the most incapabillitating.
