Whats the first symptom YOU personally have that lets you know youre starting to W/D?

Headache and/or runny nose.

The yawns, snot, andteary eyes is what I first notice, then either the pain or the relief comes next.

How could I forget? Yes, the consistently never-ending yawning and watery eyes......that would be my FIRST symptom.
