Whats the best PED ?

Stanozolol was my favorite steroid that I have tried but I no longer take steroids except for a small amount of shuddha guggulu.

I also have some DHEA and pregnenolone that I rarely take anymore but still have in my ownership.

Creatine would be a simple choice which is also very easy to source.

Mayoclinic on this:
Strength, muscle size and performance. Oral creatine use might allow an athlete to do more work during reps or sprints, leading to greater gains in strength, muscle mass and performance. Creatine is often used by athletes involved in high-intensity intermittent activities that require a rapid recovery during training and competition.

It also has its fair share of side effects but the risks should usually be acceptable, at least in comparison to HGH or the like.

I don’t agree at all with the last paragraph but creatine- definitely useful if one is already in the gym training hard. It’s been researched a ton and is the actual only proven effective supplement one can buy over the counter. People think it needs to be cycled or it will bloat you out; but these are myths. Creatine is noticeably effective and can be used indefinitely with no front loading or cycling.

Been shown to improve brain function; endurance, good for putting on quick size and strength. I used to take about 5g daily ; either pre workout on training days or with my breakfast on off days. It’s relatively cheap, and easily obtained.

I would think this thread would mainly be for either steroids, hormones, peptides or nootropics. But creatine is always a good addition to anybody’s training regimen. I never experienced any negative side effects from it; and I've also never anecdotally heard any negatives about it

Im not sure if Im posting in the right spot, but I want to start a cycle of performance enhancing drugs.

Which substance do you guys suggest ?

And how long and how often should I take it ?

Start with just basic testosterone, 400 mg/week is plenty. Run that and see how you respond. You don't want to start multiple compounds until you know how testosterone affects you. Also your training and diet must be 100% on point first. Have you been training seriously for at least 6 years?

This is a serious decision since you will probobly end up on TRT for life once you start.

Coming from a guy who’s now on prescribed TRT for life; make sure you know what you’re getting before you put anything in your body as well, vet your sources. It’s always good to get baseline blood work done pre and post . Don’t be an ass and fuck yourself for no reason . There’s always a less risky way to do things , but when it comes to injecting exogenous hormones it’s never risk free. Test at 400/wk would be good for a beginner cycle. 10-16 weeks ish. But as it was said - training AND diet should be on point for some time and try to max out natural gains first. Or it’s highly likely you will do yourself an mis-service. Steroids changed my life for the better for sure. But I went balls to the wall way too early with not enough experience and now I’m paying for the rest of my life. I could have done things 1000% smarter, and had much better results if I actually listened to the advice given to me . Do your research. There’s a ton of information online , and many forums just like this that can help you.

I was a hard core competitive bodybuilder (17 shows...I have been training for 50 years) when younger I won a couple of big shows and then made a comeback in my 50's trying (and falling short) of getting my pro card. I didn't touch gear until 30 and then only did 1 big cycle (a BIG cycle...I also was on huge amounts when I competed in my mid 50's). I was a competitive grappler in my 30's and early 40's and ran 400 mgs of test/week year around.

At 43 I went totally natural and was fine until 48, then my natural test dropped.

I am sure the huge contest dosages did me some damage (enlarged heart/prostate at 60) but TRT dosages are safe. The problem is once you need TRT you have to stay on it permanently. I only run 200 mgs/ week now, well into my 60's.

Anyone saying once you use test you have to stay on for life, has zero clue about endocrinology or pharmacology in these regards

Youre half right. But it takes getting the right endocrinologist and being put on the proper protocol for the chance of having things return back to endogenous production. There are many cases where natty production will NOT come back.

Agree with the part of “once you use test you have to stay on for life” this is a very false statement. Many many guys run cycles and PCT properly and are fine. But it’s possible genetically to fuck yourself after only a short cycle. Genetics are key in this regard. Also long term abuse of steroids or even other street drugs and alcohol can fuck up natty hormone production
