now that ive got a good handle on my new body after studying martial arts for a few years, im getting back into bodybuilding on top of it. i cant wait to see what kind of machine im driving in about 6 months
today on my day off, i did:
stretch session:
lots of sidekick extension holding, brief calisthetics for my legs, and practiced my split (i can almost hit my taint to the floor! another month or two and ill have a full split down with much concentration)
weight training:
squats, hamstring curls, adductor extensions, abductor extensions, quad extensions, calf extensions, all hypertrophy.
core exercise:
couple hundred crunches, other pilates-ish ab exercises
forms:
bout half (13) of the kung fu forms i know
weapons:
did a bunch of impromptu quarterstaff training, practiced my broadsword exercises, practiced doing some cuts on some old watermelons with my crappy sword.
ate well, rested well, twas a good day.
