LMAO. Work out both of them! You never know how much your arms need to be in balance!

Yesterday was full of playing, jogging, walking and fun times. Today, I was at work all day, walking around and lifting things. So I've done quite a bit of exercise for talking I'm bikeless for the time being.

20 pushups - 10 pullups - 20 pushups - 10 pullups - 20 pushups - supersetted

8 sets of PT

My motivation to work out has really taken a nosedive since I had to stop running 3 weeks ago.

That's ok Sir, weightlifting is more fun than cardio anyway ;)

You got a barbell/dumbells?

Check craiglist or just find a cheap set somewhere....You should get a barbell first and foremost, imo.

I've been slacking in this thread!

Saturday: 1 hr. bike (low impact though... I didn't want to have to wash my hair again before graduation)
Sunday: 30 min bike, 15 min. elliptical, 20 min bike again

Back home-- ran the beautiful Robert H. Treman state park trail, sprinted the hills on the way back--about 3.5 miles total. Even though it was 50* and raining, the views and the fresh air were orgasmic...

Six miles on my bike. Attempted to roller blade / inline skate this afternoon and that didn't go so well on account of the rain we had earlier making the road very slick.

another amazing run in the gorge

thought about jumping in the waterfall after, but it was only 70* (hot for here, I guess). The water is probably in the 40s... Also, they don't have it dammed up, so I'd probably get swept away by the current! I think I'm going to jump in the lake on Sunday-- 78*

I have owned a full barbell, squat rack & plates set before, about 3-4 years ago. It got sold for drugs before 12 months passed. I have 40/25/15# dumbbells which I do a variety of exercises with when the moment is right. I also have a pullup bar with many different grips that I love. Weightlifting with heavy compounds was always great fun to me even though I could never keep on my diet well enough. Sadly this here be a chap who is happy enough skinny now.

Cardio is only fun when you can run more than 15km continuously without it feeling like a strain IMO. Weight lifting is definitely more fun but I get more of a high from cardio. It's like meditation, and the free transportation is cool too.

Today I have had no exercise and don't plan on it.
