A baguette filled with 2 types of cheese, some tuna mayonasisee made meself and salf n patter,close it up.butter outsides, chop in half then put in georgey foreman up, fucking amazing ;D spliff, nitraz, alpraz and dandzlig of oxy which is stopping pogressing at a steady oace.. delicious tohugh ;D
 
Had tons of veg in the fridge (sweet potato, peppers, courgettes, onion, tomato , carrots and more) that needed using up, made a brilliant veg curry. Delicious.

Yeah I agree totally, I was just repeating something I've read about eggs having lots of cholesterol and not being good for your heart in the long-term.

It's like expiry dates, total bollocks, they didn't even have the concept until a few decades ago. How stupid is it to have expiry dates on a bag of apples or salad or anything else for that matter. It smells, then it's not fit for consumption anymore, that simple. We waste so much food through expiry dates it's not even funny.

I said that the other week on here, the egg doesn't come out the chickens arse with a sell by date printed on it, the apple doesn't fall out the tree with a sell by date on it, the cow doesn't have a sell by date printed on it's arse. Sell by dates are bollocks. I often buy stuff from the supermarkets all the time for pennies because they are due to go out of date the next day but then don't end up eating them until about a week later, if it smells and looks OK I eat it. Sometimes I'll buy something that's well in date and it smells rank and it's off even though the date printed on the packet say it shouldn't be. Dates mean nothing.

What kind of breakfast is that? Curry and broccoli with chilli sauce (strange combo and stange brekky) AND cornflakes and cripsbakes. You fat fuck. :D
 
Just made a fryup and had a double yolk egg, not had one of those before!

End of everyday fryups I think, off to uni tomorrow! Much more cooking to be learnt.
 
going to make breakfast in a few mins, got some rashers-eggs-potato waffles-fish fingers-tomatoes-bread-beans.

need plenty of soakage as drinking today and late dinner
 
Some sort of home made soup, carrot and something but not sure exactly what's in it. Tasty though.
 
yeah i'm doing a big veg and lentyl soup today.. just got to get peeling n shit :/.. its going to be sweet potato, normal potato, leak, carrots, celery, coriander, lentils, bouillian and maybe some chard out of the garden ( the only veg I managed to grow this year :/)
 
Tesco west country cheddar and onion sandwich and a bag of flamin' hot monster much... and what?
 
Onion, beef mince, cinnamon stick, cumin, chilli powder, chicken stock cube, chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, CHILLI IS BUBBLING AWAY NICELY ON THE STOVE.

Chicken stock in chilli? I prefer beef stock, I like it as rich and meaty as possible though. I put one of those fancy beef stocks in (knor I think they are, look like jelly), some bovril and sometimes a tablespoon of gravy granules in with anything mince related, tastes amazing.

The only thing I'd peel there would the the sweet potato. Normal potato and carrot I don't bother and everything else you don't need to.

I've just stuffed my face some more with a sandwich, 2 bags of hula hoops and probably going to have a Whispa now. I've eaten non stop this week.
 
Chicken stock is the only one I had to hand, the magic is in the cinnamon stick though, I got them from Turkey, they are like a foot long. Just break bits off to add to stews like this.
 
Homemade crusty brown poppy seed bread with proper cooked chilli is setting me up for the weekend.
 
Yeah I've got a proper rustic,sunflower seeded loaf for my princess to dip in the soup i'm making. I love a bit of boursin on my bread to dip in a soup. yumm ( arghh i'm not eating dairy :( )
 
some "kingfisher" sardines earlier. absolute shite, too oily, pushed them down with a fork and drained the oil and was left with what seemed like almost fuck all sardines
 
Had some quiche which I usually don't like but it was decent, had tomato and cheese and who knows what else in it. Couple of bags of hula hoops (that's a multi pack gone in 2 days) and I'll probably eat something else again soon, still kinda hungry. There's chorizo in the fridge and I quite fancy stuffing my face with it.
