I had pizza last night and having it again tonight. I bought reduced pizza, chicken, coleslaw and other snacky stuff last night from Co-op thinking we'd have it for tea then my mum comes home with pizza, nachos and other snacky stuff too so looks like we're having the same sort of stuff two nights in a row. Back on the healthy eating tomorrow I guess.

for somebody that abuses his body with so many drugs, at least fuel it with decent food n partly look after it. i always vowed to myself id eat fuck loads of healthy food n avoid getting dehydrated at all costs, do myself some justice after the amount of shit it goes through

got some rabbit yesterday off a mate of mine, his dad does a bit of shooting and sent me over 4 of them. going to make a stew of some sort with them plus make a pie.

today im doing a roast chicken dinner with roast and mashed spuds, carrots n parsnips mashed together plus peas served with chicken gravy.
