Wahey! I see yer on the red vino tho. I find the zzzs come from nowhere and with rapidness on red wine. I cant sleep either, theres a bat in my room. Its probably either a moth or it doesnt even fucking exist and im off it, but i dont feel like investigating it right now.

How is it?
 
Ack, I've had two bottles of red wine, cider and lager, yet still no sleep. I stay awake til 5am and gone most nights! A sleepiing pill will soon aid me, (I hope!) Or i'll go crackers!

I like bats. Used to hear them when I'd sit in dads garden back up north, they nested in the tree, every year. Lovelty things. I doubt you've one in your house, if you do, don't kill it, they're protected.
 
Damn I wont kill it, I has a tribal bat symbol tattoo'd on my back :) Idont kill no wee beasties, I'm a softy like that.

I doubt it's a bat either, more than likely my overactive imagination just been a bit nutty last few days, not drug induced either which is all the more 'orrible.

Do get loads of bats down here though, I'm kinda fond of them too, in mellower circumstances.

i don't know how this stuff ranks in the havana club range but it is going down a treat served over ice with a dash of lime.
 
@ watsons i dont know where it comes on the list but its deffo nice.
ive had the havana 3 and havana 7 also.
the 7 would be one of the best spirits ive drank.

Somewhere in the middle IMO. Anejo #7 being at the top. That shit is so tasty! Even the white Havana Club is fucking delicious and not many (any?) white rums are.
 
Anejo ( the 7 yr old one) is brilliant, I wanna try HC's barrel proof one one of these days. Local offie does it at £35, must be worth it. All rum lovers get down to Waitrose, thier " Chairmans reserve" is on sale again . £14

Just had one of these.

Duche De Longueville, 5% abv, 500ml

This Normandy cider is made using 90% 'Gros Oeillet' apple varietal giving the cider its unique identity. Duche De Longueville is produced from pure pressed apple juice rather than concentrate creating a lively, full bodied cider which is dry and strong.

For some reason Sainsbury's had them at half price £1, I only bought the one :|, bet they are all gone now.

I've tried Havanas Cuban Proof stuff before with a blue label Liberal is that the one you mean? It was quite strong. :D
 
i'm going to pick a bottle of the 7 year gear next time i go shopping.

Thats the one, its listed as 45%. =D

Wouldnt dare to mix with this one, just an Ice Cube or 2, otherwise just a sipping rum.
I dont even like to mix the 7 yr one.( even tho its great with coke)

It's the only spirit I like that I think tastes better with a mixer. It's soooooo fucking tasty with a bit of coke and chunk of fresh squeezed lime. Mmmmm.

that longueville cidre - c'est tres bon!! MMM delicieux! haha... verrra nice...
