If I were to make a green smoothy (meaning it contains fruit and vegetables) with the goal in mind that it should have as many different nutrients as possible, what should I put in the smoothy?
I'm guessing spinach is a good choice for the vegetable part and every kind of berry I could possibly find as the fruit part.
However, maybe there are better super vegetables and super fruits that I don't know about.
[Additional info: I am a student that wants to eat healthy, but has very little time to prepare healthy food. So just throwing some fruits and vegetables in the blender is the easiest way to go to get my vitamins and minerals and anti-oxidants and stuff like that. But I want to know what is the most "complete" smoothy I can make so I can make the same one every day and don't have to worry that I'll get a shortage of a particular vitamin or mineral]
