Mulungu is, as far as I know a blood pressure lowering medicine. Its main chemical is a prescription in brazil but I am lazy right now and dont remember the name. I have an extract and I take a gram or two a little while before bed to help me sleep. I find it doesn't actually sedate me all that much, but if I take it and I close my eyes I will fall asleep even if I don't feel that tired. I only take a little bit of the Mitragynine because years of pain prescriptions has meant I need a small amount of opioids in my blood for my brain to go to sleep, but I only take a tiny amount so there's a bit in my blood and have been using the mulungu, to actually put me to sleep.
This is part of my plan to lower my tolerance to opioids after about 15 years or so. That's also why I'm taking memantine, a small amount goes a long way in reducing most symptoms of withdrawal, and in mild withdrawal all the symptoms are reduced. The passion flower is actually sedating and can greatly enhance the mulungu.
I have always found passion flower to have a 1+1=5 effect on most sedatives. So if I need extra sedation Ill use a little passion flower extact, I also have a tea made of passion flower and lemon balm, this was sent to me by the same guy I bought the mulungu from even though I didn't buy it from him. I think he sent it to me because he could tell I was a dumb American who didn't know what he was doing, he told me that if I went over 2 g of mulungu, it was actually better instead of taking more, to supplement by making a light tea with lemon balm and passion flower and then adding my mulungu dose to it. This he said will prevent tolerance. Sorry for the wall of text, I'm too tired to edit, good night.
