Tonight was pretty good, stopped by a friend's house who is currently kicking fentanyl, so I showed up to give him some support and take his mind off things for a bit. He's on sublicade (sp?) so that's helping too. Then I did some writing and finished a short story, submitted it to a few friends for feedback and edits.

My own intake for the night was just:
200 mg methadone
1200 mg gabapentin
80 mg Adderall

Can you tell I just got my refills? Haha. Gonna take 10 mg zaleplon soon and fall asleep. Love and light all. And stay safe - another person I knew just ODed and died a couple days ago, and it really makes me reflect that life is a precious and fragile thing.

For me it was 100mg Tram, loads of Gabapentin, some indica smoked, trazadone + clonidine

It's always a bad idea to take tram for the nightly fix, teeth hurt in the morning

I only ever got toothaches from alcohol so far...
OT: no extra at night after an afternoon relapse with
200 mg Pregabalin
5,8 g red Kratom
300 mg Tilidin - in steps of 100 mg as I didn't know where my tolerance is at - and it's obviously nowhere near baseline yet This time just stopped redosing without being satisfied . No issue sleeping and for once didn't wake up with diarrhea

Did you feel the kratom at least ?

Hardly. I took it in two doses one hour apart, thinking I should be fine with 3 g, but it wasn't enough... None of the redoses was. Should have taken it all at once, but didn't want to end up feeling sick as I really didn't know my tolerance... Guess I have to make it to two full weeks clean before expecting a tolerance reset...

Cannabis.......a joint is usually plenty if even that. Magnesium (rotated every other night.) a huge glass of water. Sometimes melatonin.
