Another great day at work with more good news, now after taking the nightly round of normal, boring scripts and sitting here now, drinking a nice, big mug of coffee, it's time to spend the next hour getting splendidly stoned, then have a Saturday breakfast spread for dinner.

Had several shots/drinks of 99 proof and feeling fine and fuckin dandy especially after those 2 175mg gummies and appreciating life for the first time in a long time

I'm diabetic (for arguments sake type 1 since NOBODY knows that type 3c is) and gotten into a bad habit of having a lot of sugar and not taking insulin before going to bed 'cause if my blood glucose is very high, I can sleep for like 14 hours, easy.

Pulled a split double shift at work today but got off early on the second round, now on the walk home, just smashed some ice cream and gonna roll a nice fat joint on the porch as soon as I get home, a mix of Blueberry Sugar and Dante's Inferno. Then it's the nightly meds and lights out.

Been on a bit of a dry spell in terms of substances. Purely financial reasons. Have been attempting a kratom taper though. Goes well during the work week but I fuck up on my weekends because I find myself bored.
Today I've taken 5.5g of White Maeng Da every 4 hours (will switch to Red Indo closer to bedtime)
Nicotine Vape all day
100mg of Caffeine (so far)
Tomorrow I go back to work and will drop to 5g of Kratom every 4 hours. Hoping that I can drop my doses 500mg every week so that I can be off of it completely in a few months

Smoked a 2g Northern Lights moon rock pre-roll about 2 hours ago, as soon as I got off lol, then took the nightly meds upon getting home - 10mg olanzapine and 5mg apixaban - then dinner, 10mg melatonin and now sipping on a double cup of chamomile valerian tea with honey and smoking some bowls - Dante's Inferno and Blueberry Sugar flower this evening.

Was bad again today. Took 6g of White Maeng Da upon waking (so 1g more than I should have). Did my scheduled 5g for my next dose, but my last dose I took 7g with the excuse that I have to wake up early tomorrow so I have to try and get sleepy earlier than usual. Pretty lame excuse but tomorrow is another day. I'll at least be preoccupied for a portion of the day tomorrow. I'll have to keep myself busy once I get home and not fall victim to my usual excuses. I wish I could afford to take time off of work and cold turkey but that's not a possibility for me right now.
Anyways, today I took my Kratom every 4 hours as usual.
Just did an hour at the gym (started exercising after trying everything else for depression, turns out there's merit to it). About to shower then eat.
Had nicotine throughout the day as well as caffeine in the form of Coke Zero up until 9pm.
Tempted to take a hit or 2 of weed but I'm prone to freaking out these days.
Will Take 5g of Red Indo kratom at 1:30am along with some Lavender Chamomile Tea w/ Probiotics.
I also take 1mg Finasteride and 20mg Omeprazole nightly, as well as a Multivitamin and Vitamin D in the morning.
I hope that everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving has a wonderful holiday and to the people that don't, well I wish you a fantastic day anyways

Slow night at work tonight, finagled my way out an hour early, and with the day off tomorrow. 
Stopping to smoke a joint by the pond in my neighborhood before I head home, then popping my zyprexa and going to bed. Couple beers in the cut to take the edge off tomorrow while I kick off a much procrastinated but unavoidable t-break.

Today I was finally able to stick to my 5g every 4 hours dosing plan for kratom, so that's what my daily fix has been. As well as my near constant nicotine and caffeine.
Just had a good workout at the gym. Going to hop in the shower then brew some chamomile tea to have with my dinner (left over Thanksgiving food ofc)

Woke up from a long, accidental nap about an hour ago, popped 10mg olanzapine and 100mg diphenhydramine, now smoking a couple bowls, Venom OG and Double Stuff, preparing to lay it back down for the night.
Didn't really get shit done that I needed to today except rest, but that was the biggest thing needed doing lol. That 'nap' a little bit ago, the same length as a typical day at work for me where I didn't move a single muscle, waking in the same position. That good rest.
