What do you use before eating breakfast?
These days, I wake up at 6 and have the following goodies to start me up:
- Strong coffee (at least 170 mg of caffeine)
- 8 gr of quality Maeng Da
- 150 mg of orphenadrine citrate for analgesia-reinforcing and antiemetic effect
- About 5 gr of dried ginger root, also for antiemesis and analgesia-sparing effect
- 250 mg of l-theanine
- 16 mg of ephedrine for an extra speedball-like effect
- 500 my of Rodhiola root extract in order to boost catecholamine levels, induce opioid neuropeptides and decrease tolerance/dependence to kratom (which I consume every other day, tho I ingest all the other ingredients every morning)
- 300 mg of St-John's wort standardized extract
I eat a nutritious breakfast around 7.
I redose in mid-afternoon.
And guess what? I'm in a fucking great mood lately!
