300mg Lyrica, 1mg clonazepam, and 400g of Poppy Seed Tea (oral opium) slowly sipped, about to take my daily 0.8mg sublingual bupe (using it to taper from morphine), and 225-300g PST is what I've stabilized at.
The poppy seeds are getting too damn expensive, man

I like Kratom so much more, plus it's so much cheaper, less addictive, much less of a PITA; thankfully I had access to bupe to taper off of using 500g of seeds a day for about a month, with 226g/day for 3 months before, 30-50mg hydrocodone/day since summer, and kratom before that, etc.
It's a vicious cycle, and there are only bad choices with opiates, so it's about picking the "best worst choice." I'm glad I stuck to the whole oral opiate game and never ventured out in to the IV/snorting game. I recommend sticking to the weakest (least addictive) opiates:
oral hydrocodone, tramadol, kratom, PST (oral opium), sublingual/IN bupe, and tapentadol. It makes it so much easier to use it for pain daily like I do without it spiralling
completely out of my control as I suspect heroin or meth or any IV opiate would with my addictive personality.
