I like to empty out the powder from the elvanse capsule and mix it in with decaf coffee. Something about making decaf and then adding speed to it just really tickles me.

I couldn't sleep at all last night and I am no bueno when I don't sleep. Hopefully I'll feel a bit better once the turbo coffee hits.

I've got a 70 vyvanse (or is it elvanse cant remember atm, and, worryingly, can't fucking find it either) which i'm thinking of getting up early-ish in morning , knecking, and hopefully piling through a fair bit of the massive work backlog I got going on. Hoping for 8 hours of hyper-procductivity - waddya reckon?

Just early a.m. coffee, nicotine and normal boring scripts so far this morning; off to dose the 'done here shortly, then work. First commute in on the new ebike this morning - complete lack of controlled substances anyway aside, I figure it's best I stay sharp to avoid any predawn squirreliness i.e. get-ran-over vibes lol. Also, taking a break from the herb for monetary reasons, lots of change recently so I gotta see where I stand financially. Shouldn't be too bad, supposed to have a nice raise pending from a promotion at work. Okay anyway lol I'm gonna stop rambling and put some pants on. Love you bishes. Stay safe. ❤️

Yes and yes. It works differently from Adderall XR or methylphenidate XR (which are basically tiny gobstoppers I think) by converting into dexamphetamine after being absorbed into the blood.

For me it takes a couple of hours to kick in properly so I normally wake up to take it then go back to bed for an hour. After it kicks in get about 8 hours of benefit before it starts dropping off. So yeah should be exactly what you're looking for. It's basically longer lasting dex with a smoother come up and drop off at the end.

70 is quite lot without a tolerance, but I know you're not stranger to stims.

Thanks - 4 hours now since consuming, properly kicked in 2.5 hours ago

Have done lots of listening to old punk stuff and have emailed a cpl of old friends ( a massive result in itself tbh) but I haven't got a damn thing done on my actual task list ffs. Last half hour has seen some lovely brain tingles though, so there's that.

So, gonna pop out for 20 minutes and THEN it's productivity time - let's see. Might try a bit less next time, 40 or 50mg, was 100% my fault though for not beginning the set tasks immediately - we all know how that goes if we fail to do that i imagine

EDIT do you happen to know how much dex you receive after the conversion? Like if took 70mg would it equate to maybe half that in actual dex? Feels about that to me but no real idea - could google but avoiding rabbit holes, saying that better sign outta here!
 
It's my last weekend to enjoy before going back to work, gonna do some recording with a friend one of these days. Physically I guess I'm feeling stronger, and I guess mentally I just wanna do something productive and squirrel away some money for a couple months / aka drug bank running dangerously low. I've got like 10 vyvanse left and now I've been yeeted into this limbo where I don't have any medical insurance, so gotta pay my psych out the ass to even keep it moving, which I obvs don't have... Honestly I have no idea how I've made my money last a month, I feel like I tucked away enough random bits of crypto and stocks and bullshit that I've been able to subsist on the diet of a nearly dead man

My stomachs been so fucked up now I don't even remember a time when it was normal, went through like a week of no opioids, nothing changed, idk

Just chilling and recuperating today. Got a little Gushers and Astro Candy flower, probably roll a joint and go for a walk here in a bit.
