Morning, y'all. Sunday Funday has arrived, in all it's glory. 
Feeling miles better than I was yesterday, some very hellish stomach acid sickness laid me low the other day, causing me to even skip a day's dose of methadone, being too sick to go get it or keep it down, which at 150mg, had me feeling like stewed ass yesterday lol. Just a little lingering dehydration and weakness, but I'm well on the mend, and a good thing too since I've got a 9 or 10 hour shift ahead of me this afternoon.
Recipe for greatness:
Black coffee, pour-over, 3 cups
Nicotine vape, strawberry blow pop flavor
40mg fluoxetine
100mg lamotrigine
5mg apixaban
150mg methadone
and I imagine I'll be ripping this Rainbow Belts cart a few times before I clock in.

A couple grams of kratom, half of this weird MIT extract/caffeine tab (that I got from this shady shop owner who was tryin’ to get my number) half a Xanax and some cafecito

I was texting with my brother earlier and he seems to be doing a little better … he’s on different meds and hasn’t had any seizures for a couple weeks now (so praying it stays that way)

That's great your brother is having a better time with the seizures, I've got family with chronic epilepsy issues and every day without a seizure is a cause to celebrate.
As for me this morning, just chilling right now drinking coffee and vaping some nicotine, psych/regular meds, perusing the news, etc. Got the day off today, super excited to go out and break in this new ebike I got the other day. Ridden some already and it's fun as shit lol, like having a bicycle with a turbo. But yeah, other than that, going to get my methadone this morning and a helmet, of course.

50mg of elvanse and a cup of decaf.
I like to empty out the powder from the elvanse capsule and mix it in with decaf coffee. Something about making decaf and then adding speed to it just really tickles me.
I couldn't sleep at all last night and I am no bueno when I don't sleep. Hopefully I'll feel a bit better once the turbo coffee hits.
