Had a toss and turn night barely clearing a solid hour of sleep and counting the amount of benzo I had i should have been fast asleep at some stage. And for some reason I crave nicotine lately.

10mg methadone
12mg bromazepam
Few pipe hits

Feeling groggy today. Going to the pharmacy today to get my monthly Methadone dose. And hopefully there diazepam is back in stock so i can get that today instead of more bromazepam. Just remembered my refill for 100x 400mg gabapentin.
 
Same old shit, methadone, psych meds, caffeine, nicotine, and a joint to get the day started. Got the day off today, but honestly I've been too tired and generally malaised to do much of anything lately, even not feeling like going out to spend Christmas gift cards. Idk, maybe I'll feel like it later. Company coming by that I really don't feel like being here for either lol.

Same as it ever was, got the day off today so just doing some straightening up around the crib and resting. Coffee, nic vape, psych meds, blood thinner, 60mg dxm, 150mg methadone and just now having the first smoke of the day - bowl of Sour Cherry flower with some Gelato #41 wax thrown in there.

Nice and toasty on a cool Fryday morning, closing in on high noon... 😉

I thought my stomach problems were gone with stopping cannabis since everybody says i got that but its been 3 weeks and stomach pains are back… im sad, but I sure as sht gunna start smoking again and hope it doesn’t take them worse

And like 2 tablespoons of cashew butter. Wanted a lot more of it, but recently have had a horrifying and irreversible slide into morbid obesity and am trying to not please
