Sober living today. I ate about a 7 of strong cubes a week ago that sparked some motivation to get cleaner. So that's what's I'm doing.

Cigarettes, vaping and coffee plus Vit C and Benadryl not to mention constant hydration
IMO nto point in being sober (even temporary) if one's not gonna try and clear out their organs and fatty tissues etc

Skipped my supplements because I had to leave in a hurry then smoked some thai stick and went out for breakfast and coffee.

Hey guys. 
Sunday Funday in effect, but on a half-day schedule. Work this afternoon, but it's all good. Need those fat checks.
So far this morning:
Caffeine (3 big mugs of coffee and a strawberry flavored energy drink mixer containing 120mg caffeine)
Strawberry mango nicotine vape
40mg fluoxetine
50mg lamotrigine
5mg apixaban
140mg methadone
and a bowl of Green Crack with a lil dollop of kief on top to get the motor running.
Only a five hour shift today, but Sundays are some of our busiest days. I don't mind, should be fun - or at least make the time pass quickly.
Hope y'all stay safe and have fun.

Monday Bloody Monday, but I got the day off, so we're all good on that front.
Woke up with a cup of coffee a little bit ago, took the morning psych med salad, just now finished dosing the daily 140mg methadone, now strolling to the corner store for more coffee. Then a quick jump across the street to my work to inquire about some hours tomorrow, and then I'm off to smoke this spliff I crafted last night. It contains ~.4g Green Crack, about a third of a cigarette, and an unmeasured but rather large pile of kief. Should be a fun and worthwhile experience.
Mainly just chilling around the house today. Thankful to be warm, clean and sane this morning. Hope everyone has an awesome week.

Decided to have a drink of booze this morning. So glad I'm not drinking drinking today. Took a nap after that nonsense. Past 2 drinks have been a turn off. Rest of the day should be smooth sailing.
