Mine is 240mg methadone, and 600mg Lyrica, & 100mg diphenahydramine when in the US.
In SE Asia or Israel skip methadone & instead take 800mg IR oral morphine or else 760 Oxy IR oral. Also, skip Diphen. & substitute Promethazine. Promethazine does more than just potentiate sedation, it boosts O-demethylisation of codeine into morphine & of morphine into potent matabolites. I do not use codeine, as it has a 600mg metabolic ceiling, ergo worthless to an old junkie like myself. Do appreciate boosting morphine though.

hahaha....while lately it's been quite a ride got lucky and struck gold. it "was" heavenly but very stupid and going to cost me in the long run

- A small line of meth, snorted and messed up my face for a little while. Honestly I didn't need it
- 2 mg Xanax

For some reason, the instructor gave me a memory stick for my "participation level". He didn't know it was the drugs talking..
