Woke up feeling absolutely fantastic still buzzing hard off of last night's high dose of butalbital and K-pins

Feels good just got off a tolerance break from everything except drinking and shrooms for a month which wasn't easy for me at all

Today's mornings regimen so far-

2 Marlboros and been smackin a vape hard asf too
7 dabs of Banana OG
1mg clonazepam
100mg butalbital
900mg gabapentin
75mg hydroxyzine
800mg Ibuprofen (for better gabapentin absorption)

Fuckin lit asfff 🤤 took me at least 30 mins to type this post cuz Im so spaced tf out 😂

I’m prescribed tramadol for pain … it’s kinda a strange pain med because it’s like a mixture of a synthetic opioid analgesic & SNRI. It helps a little for pain, but I have to mix it with something like ibuprofen, naproxen or acetaminophen & a muscle relaxer to get better pain relief sometimes. For me personally it also kind of gives me this stimulant effect as well, especially when I take it with coffee. I hope that answer made any sense I’m kinda foggy tonight 💜
 
Well it's Friday. I'm sworn off the K for the weekend cos i've been doing it too frequently since Christmas. Not been doing alot but like 300-500mg per evening with the odd 1-2 occasions i've done a gram, or had a night off.

Since i'm attempting to avoid that, bought some nice Afghan hash from my mate and 2 x 80mg Oxylan prolonged release Oxycontins. Curiousity got the better of me so i've sampled a bowl of the hash and fucking hell i was not expecting this potency! Proper clean tasteful and STRONG! Only had one bowl and it's blown my head off. Wish i'd picked up more than 3.5 now 😂
Also had 40mg Oxycontin. Prolonged release so i'll probably do 40mg now and 40mg just before dinner i expect.

Same shit, different day, intake-wise. I see my doc later this morning, hopefully get something to make the next few weeks more bearable lol. Hunkering down to get as much work done on my writing as I can this weekend, start the new job Monday and I'll be full and part time then, so busy as fuck lol.

Dropped 200mg of butalbital and 75 mg of hydroxyzine

And after the butalbital peaks I'ma dose 1mg of clonazepam and start doin a few dabs of that Banana OG live resin

It's a nice and laid back but productive Saturday morning. It's all the usual stuff today -

Cannabis
15mL BSO
60mg DXM
5mg Bupe
4mg Zofran
5mg Eliquis

And probably a beer or two, going to this event at a brewery here later. Def gotta go pick up more green too, lol, my jar's at that Ron White stage; "I got arrested for .7 grams of marijuana. I don't know about you, but when I have .7 grams of marijuana, I consider myself to be OUT of marijuana." Pretty much. 😐

I saw my GP yesterday about help with the taper, it went about as bad as it could possibly go lol... incompetence and apathy burned bright, and let's just say I pissed all over that fire. So yeah, I gotta find a new gp now, really the only doctor I want to see from that whole provider anymore is the urologist. The rest of em aren't worth shit lol.

Well woke up late, about 09:40ish and had:

30mg methadone
1mg clonazepam
Few puffs green Crack

It's now 11:40 am and got back from the chemist 30 min odd ago and got
Gabapentin 400mg x10
Alprozalam 1mg x10

Idea is a gabapentin day. So will be staggering them roughly ever 40 min or less. Just want them down wanna be in the noid zone at 2pm the latest. They had pregabalin but felt like gabapentin.

So all together I'm at:
30mg methadone
1mg clonazepam
1mg alprozalam
800mg gabapentin

It’s a little chilly here in my little village this morning and i’m just sipping on some water and smoking a few darts. Rolling up Mac n Jack and about to get blazed as fuck as I sit and watch the birds and woodland critters do bird and critter things.

Usual morning thing here, narrated version lol. Vaping on a cherry disposable nic vape, drinking mucho coffee - I got these refillable k-cups the other day thinking it'd be cheaper/not necessarily easier but definitely less wasteful, jury's still out in the first part, but I'm gonna have to experiment with different beans to find one that makes it worth it. I've been ruined by convenience lol. Still smoking on some dank Deep Space flower, dxm and bso in hopes they keep doing their thing on this bupe taper, which dropped to 4mg today. Zofran for non-puking purposes, Eliquis to ensure my blood continues to flow like blood and doesn't decide to act like concrete.

Writing and chilling at home until work this evening, then I do onboarding at the new (second) job tomorrow.
