I'm starting this cold Sunday morning with a cappuccino and some heroin base. Chasing the dragon in bed while drinking coffee and vaping nicotine salts. #guiltypleasures
 
Sugar free monster, bag of rouge peppermint 6, multivitamin, vitamin D, Vitamin B1, Folic acid, 300mg gabapentin, ibuprofen, 3 shots expresso, I hit DMT, 1 Parliament light, 1large latte plain, bowl of strawberry honey bunches of oates with whole milk, dose of creatine in sugar free cranberry and cherry juice, hour weight lifting and two hours of Jerry Garcia Band.

I guess. My friend was wondering how Im getting such a small dose but yeah happy To get any. Im not sure how methadone is normally started but Im glad it gets upped daily. Now 3.5 hours after the dose my pupils are needles and Im Feeling good.
 
Oh great, well my advice would be to stay on a fairly low dose for as long as you can.
If 20mg has you feeling good then maybe 40-50mg should be the furthest you go and then you can up it 10mg when that eventually stops doing it for you.
Fairly easy to get upped once you're on meth, at least in the UK it is. I'm currently on 70 and every appointment I get asked if I wanna go up, but I decline as I was on 95ml but turned up to the pharmacy wasted so they titrated me back up from 30ml.

I was thinking 40 To 50. The clinic here also prescribe benzos and they tested me for benzo addiction too so if I want higher dose of benzos, as I get out of here, I should stay on a dose that is fine with me and the doctor too.

Pregabslin goes so well with coke it take the edge out of it and for a conedown its the best . Its a wonder pill for wds and it enhances weed opium and coke

Had a gram of coke left over thought i save it for tonight then thought i do one bangor line then save it by midday it was all gone just spent à few hours trying to knock one out but had to admit defeat . Will now tqke 5 300 mg pregabslin or buy more coke qnd get the wank out the way
