Woke up still lit from the 4 grams of gabapentin yesterday and was still feeling the klonopin too 😎

Fuckin faded off some 33 percent bud feeling real nice after a 2 month tolerance break

Then I popped my BP medicine plus-

200mg caffeine
,1.2 grams of gabapentin
6mg clonazepam
20mg propranolol
100mg meclizine
25mg doxylamine
.3 of shrooms
60mg DXM
cigarettes and vaping hard

Feeling very euphoric and happy right now and very sedated feelin real damn good 🫠

Morning! Its been a little while since I've been here. Had a bit more than a "fix"

My methadone fot cut to 50mg and thats that's the max ive had in about a week all because i missed a couple of doses at the pharmacy due to forgetting (pregabalin and etizolam. Oh and crack)

So today! 120mg from my weekend takeaway which im hoping makes me a blissful bellend.
15mg etizolam in 2 doses an hour or 2 apart.
1800mg pregabalin
I fixed the wheel on my bike. Gonna chill before I start on the brakes.
I lobe the way pregabalin gives me energy!
Oh and gonna go make my 2nd cup of black cowfee.

wow, never heard of powdered opium capsules

I find 170-200mg refined opium gives me a painless day and a 12 hour 'medium' high which is like 8 hours upbeat energy and then some more sedate time. I'd definitely feel 125mg as well though, but not quite the pain relief level I'm aiming for
 
For the longest time my morning routine was such as follows.

Wake up - shower - 1 can of mind haze IPA + one bowl/line of crystal + a bong hit/joint. After all that is done I could function in society.
 
Having a really relaxed morning so far took a long hot bath with the jets on and drank my first cup of coffee ☕ and currently making my second

Dropped 3mg of clonazepam ODT plus 600mg gabapentin soon as I woke up to add to the lasting affects from my doses of each last night😴

And gonna take 20mg of aripiprazole after this second cup of coffee is drank

Other than that-

BP meds
10mg propranolol
100mg meclizine
3-4 cigarettes and vaping
And a bowl of bud 😎

Feeling real fuckin good worry free and sedated ASF 🫠

Being more intelligent with my usage today keeping it simple this morning 😁

BP meds
5 Tylenol due to back and shoulder pain
20mg propranolol
100mg meclizine
1mg clonazepam

Pretty sober this morning but definitely gonna get a bottle of some type of liquor and have a very relaxed afternoon 🥃
 
Morning blueworld

Sleep last night was a bit crappy, legs were a bit restless. Wanted to stay clean this weekend or try not use but fack it. So went and got some H. Have to say that the methadone does make it harder to get high but at least my dosages were low this week. I dropped down to 20mg a day in stead of 30mg. Anyhow, breakie was...

0.20mg H iv'd and another .20mg chased
10mg diazepam

And that's it. Now just smoking a lot of cigarettes. Back in bed and feeling so warm and comfy. That shot warmed me up nicely 🫠
