Hope this isn't a repost (cant really remember...), had some green tea and couple bowls of salvia this morning (couldn't make a full breakthrough, I gotta learn to hit that shit properly). great way to start the day if only I hadn't stayed up all night 8(

Decided to start taking my propranolol in the evening, as it can make me a little groggy just after taking it. I'm having trouble sleeping anyway. Win-win.
Also, I cut out the tramadol. On 2nd day. Eventhough I tapered down to as little as 37,5mg, I'm still noticing some withdrawals. Nothing too bad though, it'll pass.

I think I tried 6 g of this kratom a few weeks ago when I was on around 2 mg bupe and I don't think I felt a damn thing. I hope it does something, I would like to feel some "opiate" other than the bupe for the first time in 4 weeks. The Sub was 4 hours ago so I it isn't at full force blocking. It was dry leaf, but I used a coffee grinder so its basically like powder. Choking this stuff down is like torture, though...I don't care what method you use, but I can't do the toss n wash so I just mix it real well with some OJ and chug fast. I really need to invest in capsules if I ever plan to eat more of it.

Don't have to work outside 'till Friday, so I went on bit of a small coke and benzo bender from friday till yesterday, though I ate and slept and even saved coke for today and have a little more more saved for another day...it was ~70% purity Peruvian Fish Scale bought straight from the Peruvians, half a gram of this shit lasts me a couple of days.....anyways
I woke up at 16:40, after hitting the bathroom I loaded up on benzos (have a hefty tolerance):
17pmish 1 bump (~50mg) of good peruvian fish scale cocaina after 4mg alprazolam 20mg diazepam 10mg lorazepam 4mg clonazepam and 12mg bromazepam with 600mg lyrica 30mg zolpidem (it doesn't get me to sleep and it doesn't enhance the weed effect no more, but sometimes it does, and it's great if you're gonna be doing coke imo but I'm a weirdo that does stimulants only on benzos , used to be only on opioids but quit)....too bad I forgot my Cimetidine at the studio and they don't sell it here so brought me loads of those generics CVS/Wal-Greens ones otherwise I'd have taken it first thing
17:15isn went and got me some croissants and did some groceries, mostly milk, yogurts and cereals...no alcohol which now I regret.haven't been eating and pre-loaded on lope, but my stomach feels better than when I'm sober
17:40 came back and rolled a spliff (80% weed 20% toasted Dunhill Toabocco) of some G-13 with a sprinkle of Amnesia Haze and Charas, was too strong because of the coke, even though it was mostly indica that amnesia haze, which is one of my fav strains made it too strong so I on;ly smoked 1/3rd could feel the zolpidem 'buzz'
18:00 had 0,7 of great cocaine, so said fuck it been bumping and saving let's do a fat 150mg line....was great ut then got a little paranoid so I took 90mg Midazolam (6 Dormicum Tablets, 4mg alprazolam, and 30mg diazepam oh and 1mg SL clonazepam...hiosicapine since my stomach was kinda queasy

Cocaine in various amounts and playing the bass out loud in my recording studio and doing big fat lines I knew where a waste I didn't need but it felt so money that I made myself think I was from New Zealand...I pushed it too far I think, luckily I was on all those benzos and the cut is inactive, no ephedrine, no caffeine, no amps.......I still have some left for another day, with real coke you don't do huge ass lines....I've been doing bumps and preaching that since friday but today I went a little berserk
20-21:30I took more benzos and zolpidem to comedown, I don't remember which ones and the amounts, finished the J from the bathroom and rolled another 80/20 g-13/dunhill spliff, smoked felt much better, made phone calls
21:30 335mg pregabline and 2mg alprazolam and more hiosicapine
22:00 another g-13 J
22:30 hit the kitchen, too lazy too cook so I;m just eating yogurth and cereal since then
well my morning is the evening....if I find enough local currency I'll try and procure some wine or beer if my stomach allows, I'll keep on eating dairy in the meantime and I'm gonna update later cause I'm gonna pop more hypnotic and short acting benzos and the usual suspects as well
