😲 Damn I just burned another coil... Same dependence here. Didn't hear of tooth damage before but who knows? I'd say cigs are far more damaging though. And alcohol. I didn't drink that much in my teens because every time I got drunk it would give me a serious tooth pain the next day - and that's not just an idea of mine. Trust me I tested it enough to be certain...

Its like just past 10:30 now and feeling good and relax but still motivated and awake to do shit. The microdosing has helped tapering down on my pharm meds go smoothly so far. Apart from that time to hit the road.

Been up and busy since 6am and still going strong. Got home like half an hour ago, just a quick pit stop. Need to be out and back on the road for supply and food run lol.

I'm feeling really good today, like I've taken 20mg diazepam or something, when all I've done is laid off the ket and taken my normal medicine. Hopefully this mood will last for a while. It's really refreshing to feel so good for once!
Cooked some carrot and red beet soup and did a lot of laundry.

Not the best sleep but had worse. Plus giving the fact im not using benzo or anti psychotic, is awesome. Still not a consistent sleep pattern but getting there and getting sleep naturally.

Fuckin' a, big come up, especially since I've been making the trip daily, seven miles one way on an ebike. 🔥
