jk, heroin is bad. I'm staying off it, hope you can to. I think my 3rd time getting pneumonia on it was my wake up call, if it wasn't for lung problems i don't know how i'd ever quit :o

Some older people in some parts of Canada still call weed and hash dope. People here usually don't call Heroin dope they usually just call it smack or gear. In some cities I've heard people call it downs.

I had 18mg's of IV dilaudid, 2mg's of clonazepam and some weed for my pre breakfast snack.

a grandfather spliff. my body is in such pain from the way i've been mistreating it (beer + fast food) the drugs are helping
 
Morning fix, after packing up my sleeping blanket, and backpack (being homeless is like camping, only not fun):
12mg Suboxone (trying to make the cutback from 16mg a day to 12mg, in order to save money)
2 Cups of Coffee, 3 cigarettes.
2 bowls Cannabis, 1 bowl loaded with wax.
150mg Diazepam (they looked like home-made afghani roche knockoffs, this batch seems to work almost the same as the name brand, maybe slightly weaker and more clonazepamy, but that could all be in my head).
1 22oz Guiness Draught (in hopes of potentiating the vals).
1 bowl cannabis, loaded with wax.
1 cigarette.

And here we are right now, right now being 1:16pm

I want to find somewhere quiet to sleep. Oi.
 
I didn't sleep at all last night, I watched the sun rise with my girl and a close friend, but at 6am I took 150mg tramadol, washed down with a beer (I know, alcohol+tramadol is bad, but my opiate and alcohol tolerances are very fucking high) and chased with a cigarette.

have had my kpin rx cut in half for the past two months, luckily in a week I can get back to my usual 1mg x2/day

this morning, about half an hour into work, it was:
60 mg IR Adderall, chewed up
30 mg valium (really hit me hard due to decreased benzo tolerance)
2mg bupe(tapering)
and smoked some weed after it all hit, usually hate smoking weed at work, but with proper recipe it can be very fine

Haha oh dude, mad love for stoltenheim reinbach iii. I love the first genso suikoden so much. You forgot mace btw ;) i dont know if you played #2, a ton of stuff carries over.


My morning fix today was a cigarette. Gonna pick up better drugs after work tonite. Have a great day people :)
