Friend of mine said it was nice yesterday, I'm yet to watch

Apparently I just finished Pepsi, Where's My Jet? must have been gone if I watched it from the beginning but lol how unfair uncalled for was this by Pepsi programming young minds to drink their soda ceaselessly now watching Alabama vs. Brittany Smith Netflix original programming is so bingeable to me today I lost interest for some years but I seem to be regaining it

Just finished The Toys That Made Us skipped some just the ones I wanted to see great fun short watch

Hey guys, after years of modding here, I realized... damn, we've had a movie review discussion sticky all this time, but no TV review sticky! So here it is! This is where you banter, rage against, and review your most recent tv binges.

Currently, my wife and I are about to wrap up Seinfeld for the umpteenth time. We're also watching Farscape on and off for the second time, and when done with that I'm thinking we'll rewatch Babylon 5, as I'm on a real Claudia Christian kick lately.

If I were to rate those shows, I'd say:
Seinfeld (8.5/10)
Farscape (10/10)
Babylon 5 (10/10)

What about y'all?

Farscape is fucking amazing. Especially the first two seasons. Claudia Black is a treasure.

And the Henson Company did a BRILLIANT job with Pilot. Love love love this show.

Anyway, I'm currently binging on House of the Dragon, Game of Thrones, and Doc Martin.

Currently Dark. Seems to be holding my attention more than Black Summer and Dead to Me going to chainwatch now on three

Lost interest in Dark. No genuine interest to go back to Dead to Me speaks more about my messed up taste than it does whether the show is quality entertainment. So now today down in the dumps I find myself bingeing Conversation with a Killer The Ted Bundy Tapes. I hope the technology this day and age will prevent us from seeing a serial killer like this again who knows I haven't really kept up with the latest serial killers don't think I should consider any the greatest but the most grisly ones were able to be "successful" at it before the technology evolved or any killers had a far greater chance of getting away with murder like technology makes any crime harder except for cyber crime lol Idk criminals evolve or criminality adapts to the present environment I mean I should stop I'm not writing an essay on monsters poor girls don't travel alone please even with technology I doubt people like this aren't still being born on this sick, sad planet

Alright I don't want to be the guy who keeps posting shows and dies on drugs watching Netflix on their second hand couch from an old woman he helped moved out a few years back. May she find peace I hope they didn't shove her in a nursing home for the rest of her Earthly rest unless that lifts her spirit up maybe the community of an elder care living facility raises their spirit more than before they moved in?

I digress. I will take a rest from sharing my deranged viewing choices.

Now we are on The Confession Killer. Thought Bundy was the worst?

I am not casually watching for some reason I am bingeing until the series is done. It's not terribly long though maybe I like bouncing around takes a crazy sick or insanely good show to hook me and fiction doesn't do that as much as life wears me down as I age. Started yesterday nothing else on my plate this morning other than Henry. So he didn't kill 100 let alone 600 they confirmed less than a dozen? I still don't know what to think.

Bundy didn't confess until he was close to getting executed on the other hand? Had no idea he got stoned like that on Death Row he liked stuff that made him hallucinate a little he wasn't after schwag or middies or beasters. Sounded like he preferred super headies. Also had a baby. I wonder what that is like being the child of someone who atrociously robbed children from dozens of families. Had to be hard growing up perhaps.

Not as hard as not learning what makes killers tick and how to reconstruct society to curb killing because I guarantee the rates of serial killing are not dwindling. That's just my biased speculation on how as tech advances human empathy withers.

Do our best. Focus on the good. Find empathy for others it makes living with oneself less of a burden. Try to help not hurt. You aren't cool beans harming the innocent I guess that's one reason Dexter was so highly loved. Who are we kidding society is infatuated with the monster wearing a human disguise.

End fractured cortex lunatic ramble.

Yeah cops in Texas used him (Henry Lucas) and his big mouth to close a bunch of cold cases. He confessed to a bunch of crimes he didn't commit.

Incidentally he was the basis for a really good movie IMO, "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer". Great film about those who live on the most out-there fringes of American society like Henry and his pal Ottis Toole (although it kind of makes you feel like taking a shower afterwards lol)
