for me when I need to focus I take 60 mg Adderall with a line or two of ketamine
60 mg adderall because I have really bad adhd
I don't always combine it with ketamine but if I really need to focus I take it
what do you guys take to focus

i have ADHD, i take ritalin 20mg in the morning and 5mg in the afternoon, adding anything else usually makes it more recreational than productive

Caffeine and some pharma stims: metilphenidate (Ritalin) used to help me focus whithout me getting edgy or highly strung, but I used conservative doses and ALLWAYS ORALLY. DON'T SNORT IT.
There are also amphetamines like dexamphetamine or lisdexamphetamine and many people say that they are also good for you to stay focused.

I would avoid street stimulants, like cocaine or meth or whatever.

Tramadol (if tolerance allows)
Heroin
Low to moderate doses of amphetamine or methylphenidate

I unfortunately can't access the two former ones, but they always helped me focus, probably by relieving my depression, which lifted my brain fog & heaviness, allowing me to have more stamina to complete things that require attention, or physical stamina especially.

And surprisingly, nicotine. Always gotta smoke when I need to focus on driving or doing a task.

i’ve got mad ADHD but stims are my achilles heel so i can’t take em. i do take modafinil in it’s place tho. it’s not quite as effective as stimulants but i do find it helps a fair bit. particularly the r isomer armodafinil. not nearly as abusable as amphets. there is mild euphoria particularly when taken for the first time ever/after a long break. but i find it helps with my focus a good bit. at least gives me energy which contributes to my focus and motivation at lot
