Bupropion XL 300 mg 1x daily, Busiprone 15 mg 3x daily, Atenolol 100 mg 1x daily, Mirtazapine 45 mg 1x daily.
And though not a true Rx, my psychiatrist also adds the following to my regimen: Taurine 500 mg 3 x daily, Glutamine 1000 mg 3x daily, Valerian Root 1350 mg 1x daily.

Anxiety attacks
I have massive anxiety attacks with a general anxiety disorder - can't leave the house unless take Xanax. On it - feel "normal" not high - just functional and able to get out of the house and deal with the world, job, life, grocery shopping. I call the super market the cancer store - as if they aren't playing a radio station going on about terrible forms of cancer, when your at the check out line someone is talking to the cashier about who has it. Small town - so everyone knows each other and go on long talks at supermarket. Dr. Has me on .5 mg Went round the bend with fear after watching a parent disconnected from life support - then a year later a sibling had a massive aneurysm. Have spent literally months and months in hospitals watching people I love in pain. Now I feel like a freak for having this disorder. Tried therapy - told me to read "Why Zebras don't get ulcers." Ummmm - I'm not a Zebra!!!!

Oxycontin 40mg x2 per day
Fentanyl 50 ug/hr patches, 1 every 3 days
Lyrica 100 mg x4 per day
All perscribed for neuropathic pain in my spine from a car crash a few years ago. Wasn't serious, I wasn't bleeding or anything, but the compression of vertabrae crushed and scarred axioms of nerve clusters between l4-l5 and it causes me constant , toothache like pain 24/7/365.
I was on Tramadol when I was on the methadone clinic but once I quit that I got Morphine Sulphate....didnt like it at all, even though I shot the pills mainly, since they were IR (i know that doesn't make it any less dangerous and i DON'T condone ANYTHING I've done)
If I lived in the UK or if I went across the border to Northern Ireland I'd most likely get, and a GP told me, diamorphine tablets after a trial on DF-118s (Dihydrocodeine 40mg)
Occassionally I get a weeks worth of Valium 5mg or Zopiclone if I can't sleep. I tend to abuse the scripts (the Oxycontins here are not the new ones) now and then to add legs to a bag of smack or just if I am bored/stressed/its a tuesday etc etc etc

For a recreational high? I'd add some more tramadol (+150-200mg), use 1mg clonazepam (or 0.5, depending on what ?mg diazepam means), take the gabapentin, leave out all the rest. Sounds pretty yumyum to me like that.
/e: Or maybe I'd leave in the tizandine too. If you have enough tolerance to get away with that cocktail a muscle relaxant sounds like a nice thing to add. I definitely have that kind of tolerance right now, unfortunately.
Be safe though and know your tolerance to each substance before taking it!

54 concerta in am x2 Opana ER 240mg day Opana IR 90mg day Methadone 180mg day deoakote, lisinopril and synthroid. was what i was prescribed. I have asked to be titrated off opiates. I also was a cancer patient. I am now completely off methadone and on a much lower dose of Opana. So yes you can take that much medication without being an addict or having to resort to a pill mill. My medications were and are used as prescribed and were and are needed daily and the first person who questions that can have the pain I live with daily. I will gladly give them the number of my physician in exchange for this agony. happy holidays.
